"If you have such a loud and offensive mouth, I think you deserve to be punished" Richard scowled at Susan.

"You cannot stand here, in my own house for that matter, and say any nonsense you like at me, without being punished for it" he added. Richard looked at Susan in anger, and the fact that he could not do anything to show her how angry he was made him further upset.

Susan, on the other hand, had grown uncomfortable. She had come to take her kids home, that was what she was in that house for. But currently, the atmosphere around her was weird, it didn't seem like an atmosphere were a fight was going to ensue, rather it felt like sex was lingering in the air. She beat herself up silently because she felt that she had deviated a great deal.
