33. The first conversation between father and daughter

Ivy Aretha took a cab to pick up Bianca Aretha from kindergarten, then took another taxi home. To their surprise, as soon as they got out of the car, they heard a familiar voice from behind.

"Ivy?!"

Upon hearing this, Ivy turned around and saw Zach Gilbert getting out of the fancy car. He casually closed the door and leaned against it, staring at her intently, as if it was expected.

"Mommy, who is that?!" Bianca was having a lively conversation with Ivy. The sudden appearance of Zach startled her, and she let out a high-pitched scream.

Ivy instinctively held Bianca in her arms, her initially calm mood now on edge. She'd been hiding all this time, only to still be tracked down by him – this man was truly outrageous!

"Zach, as a married man, how dare you creepily stalk my daughter and me? Could you be any more perverted?" Ivy glared at him fiercely, accusing him without holding back.
