Chapter 4: Captured

I am feeling a bit worn out now. Not to mention the three is to ten ration of the Duskians. For serious, are they even infinite?! They can't seek to be beaten that easily.

I also noticed that the crystals were not even making a sign of breaking, so I thought.

"What else do we need to do? Please! Mom, Dad, Mailey, Jaimey... Help me please!" I cried desperately as I think of what to do with this things. I was also taken aback by a sudden jump from above me, but I was on guard, making it easy for me to dodge.

"Oh no you don't! Argh!" I quickly pierced my sword at his throat and motioned it in circles making his head fall on the ground and his body disappearing instantly.

"I can't take it anymore! I can feel my magic fading!" I heard Guinevere cried and good thing Traceler was there to help her.

"I feel the same too." I heard Mye said and I saw how she dropped on the ground breathing heavily. One of the Duskians tried to use its sword against her, but Rose used her long rope of rose to kill it before even moving its gear. "I can't take it anymore." She said and was knocked unconscious.

"Rose! Bring her here! Hurry!" Professor Rylie said and my friend didn't wasted anymore time with this and just hurriedly grabbed Mye out of that place.

"Traceler! You need to bring Guinevere to Professor Rylie." I said and he just looked at me with a not so sure stare. "Don't worry. I can manage. I also won't let them know that it is I, who they're looking for." I assured him.

"Just, please be careful." He said and held Guinevere by the arms as they both flew towards Professor Rylie.

Most of my classmates are also knocked out right now, and only a third of us are still keeping up with the fight. The only problem is, aside from being outnumbered, I know that they are starting to feel weak.

"What's keeping you so long?! King Damian will be impatient with this!" I heard his voice booming around the area, before a dark aura sorrounded the place.

It was not the same aura that I felt last time though, but I know it was him, referring to his voice.

"We will do our best to end this as soon as possible, sire!" I heard one of Duskian said, making me pissed.

But then, I remembered.

"There are two of them right?!" I thought and tried to look for the other one as I continued to kill more and more enemies.

"Daisy!!! Behind you!" I heard Guinevere's pitched voice, making me dodge right away. Knowing that I won't make it if I try to look behind.

"Oh? Nice reflexes there. You made me surprise." I heard that voice again. That serious, yet demonic voice. "Well if it wasn't for that blabber there, you won't be able to know." He said and looked at me in the eye. That deadly glare of him, really makes my blood pump.

Alas, that didn't made me flinch a bit. Knowing who they are, the only thing that I feel right now is anger and hatred. I want to kill all of them. I want them to feel what they did to my hometown.

I also stared at him with no other than bloodlust as he grinned.

"Arhin! If you really want this job to be done right, why not search for her?" He asked and with what he called, that made me remember something.

"Well then I guess, it's time to go back to Aurora's Land..."

"The names Arhin Tsugikuni... Brother of Prince Damian Dell's right hand."

"See you next time~"

Those memories were somewhat weird for me to remember, knowing that I didn't even met him before their attack at Northern Dawn.

"Great idea Xel! But, how do we do that? If she's inside the school, it's a bit impossible." That Arhin one said, and I could feel him staring at his colleague right now. "Oh? Why are you not killing that one yet? Did you already fell for her?" As he said those last words, it almost made me puke.

"How could this punk even think of that kind of things, when they are doing something else?"

But Xel just sighed and waived his head.

"Why did he even chose you to be the leader? You're as dumb as the most foolish person there is at Aurora's Land." He said and with that...

"What did you say?! You dumbass! May I need to remind you that I, Arhin Tsugikuni, is the leader of Dusk's imperial army?! How dare you say such things!" That almost made me laugh to be honest. He just looked hilarious in that state.

This Xel man has my applause for saying such things to Arhin.

"All i'm saying is that... There's no need to try going inside of that worthless school, because the one we are looking for... Is right here." He said and looked at me directly.

Ok I am now taking back what i've said earlier. An enemy is an enemy, once an enemy, always an enemy. He may have said something negative about Arhin, but he is still an enemy, and it's no exception whether they talk about random stuffs, or about me.

"Really? Then why didn't you said so earlier? You made me feel like a real fool!" He pissedly said as he smile like someone who is about to punch someone.

"That's because you're a real fool?" Xel then countered, but that just made Arhin pout.

"Whatever... Just bring her here for the job to be done!" Arhin said impatiently as Xel held me by the wrist.

"What the-?! Let me go! You living, annoying, son of a-"

"No can do... We're just following orders too. So whether you like it or not, you are coming with us." He said and even if I try to escape from his grasp, it's just too hard. His grip is strong enough to stop me.

"Then you leave me with no other choice." I said and with the help of my sword, I sliced his hand out, but... "What?!" I was surprised to see his blood stop from flowing and it solidified.

"You're not escaping out that easily." He said and grabbed my wand to throw it away. It was thrown towards where Professor Rylie and the others are, so it didn't made me worry. What made me scared, was the part where he used a black smoke to tie me up. Must be one of his power.

"Nice one Xel, you got her!" Arhin said in a playful voice as he walk towards us. "Oooh? You really gave us a hard time finding you milady~

But, as I have said in the past, I shall see you again. And was I wrong?" He smiled cheekishly at this, but I just rolled my eyes and said...

"I don't even know who you are, up until the day you killed my family you mean old wench!" His face then went from a smile to a curious stare.

"Oh~ you must have forgotten that time when I first met you at the park? Know what I mean? That was the first time you asked me about Aurora's Land and you also told me that it was your mother's mainland, making it easy for me to know where you are.

I also introduced myself to you, so how soon you forget? Well, couldn't blame you. It was more than three years since that day, so..." He explained briefly and even if he did, I still don't know what he's talking about.

"Just keep on hallucinating you piece of shit. For I still don't know what you're talking about." I said and his face was like (😶) after that.

"Oh well, at least I am happy to inform you that you will now take your place as the Queen of Dusk Empire."

"That will never happen!" I said as I try to escape from this irritating rope. "The only empire that I sworn to protect, is Dawn Empire only! So stop you're dreaming and let me go!" I said desperately, but he just laughed at this.

"You mean the empire that we attacked three months ago?" He said with a proud and evil tone, making me surprised and at the same time, scared.
