Elle tapped her index finger over the steering wheel in rhythm. Inside her brain, there was an erratic rhythm created by her anxiety. Her eyes showed the same thing. Her eyes looked straight ahead to a multistorey building that was over twenty meters away.
She was nervous. The feeling was strong enough for her to feel it until she had given rise to the idea to cancel her plan. But, wouldn't it be wasted if she took a step back? She had been in the area of her company. So why didn't she stop by there? After all, she would only meet Henry. Just that.
