The Rain-lands

The Rain-lands was not only used as a nickname for the Highlands and Lowlands, but also a name for the in-between, a country in-between the highlands and the lowlands.

The in-between was basically up the mountain, remember that the Lowlands is around a mountain on ground level while the Highlands were called that due to being on top of the mountain.

The Rain-lands is another name for in-between the top and bottom of the mountain, basically up the hill on the hill side.

That's where some people lived. It was a huge mountain, tons of ridges people used as homes, some even lived in caves. This was usually homeless people.

No one messed with the Cave Dwellers. They even have caves filled with tribes of homeless wanderers. It's okay, since they never hurt anyone.

There's no drugs in the Land, nor alcohol and this was made law to keep down the mental illness rates as drugs caused a lot of genetic mental illnesses.

Sex out of wedlock and one night stands were illegal since it can result in you accidentally having sex with a relative you never met, leading to disabled and mentally ill kids.  This was not what they wanted and it was encouraged that people buy "At home DNA test kits" along with condoms.
