Chapter 2: Oww dirty

" Ohh Keisha my baby you back ."my mom said paying more attention to an old book.

" Yeah well as you can see "I said

"Am reading about the history of your school quite scary .I better tell your dad to transfer you ,but it's interesting.if only I could find that bracelet."my mom said sarcastically

"Mom you are married remember,urgh besides I don't believe In such dumb stories " I said as I headed towards the staircase .then my mom suddenly said ...

" I wish that bracelet could be found by you "

"Oh please "

**** School days***

I was just bored and frustrated about the whole bracelet thing .I don't even know why it's affecting me this much .Why now ? Soulmate my foot ,just some made up stuff to distract us honestly who brings up such a dumb story when we are about to write exams .

They say soulmates ain't perfect for us ,but just perfect for their chosen one.like does that even make sense .I wish someone finds this damn bracelet and take it to an ancient records library or whatever they call it .

I was thinking as I was walking towards the school garden chairs ,I then sat down on one of the benches where students rarely sat on and began reading suddenly my pen fell and I bent to pick it up as soon as I sat up my backpack followed suit .

"Urgh "I felt irritated

When I bent to pick up my backpack something caught my eye.more like an object,old n funny looking .I really wanted to ignore it but I felt a certain surge of fear creep into like I was supposed to take it .

I went closer and picked it up .

"Oww dirty this needs some serious cleaning or something.Just then the siren wailed meaning it was time to go home .I just put everything in my backpack and threw the dirty thing in my blazer pocket and headed for the car .

When I got home my mom was not around well thas a relief ,I headed straight to my room and changed into comfortable clothes and then put my uniform in the laundry basket,as I was about to put my blazer inside the basket the dirty thing fell on the ground.

"Urgh why didn't I throw you away " i thought to my self ,but curiosity got the better of me and I headed for the sink in my insuite and washed it throughtly until it was spackling clean.

It was a nice jewel gold in colour , without thinking I just slid it on my hand ,"wow fits perfectly"I thought to my self .

I then looked at the mirror showing off my newly found jewel whilst beming widely.

When suddenly something rang in my mind .

Oh no !oh no ! My heart raced like never before.

It's the bracelet " and it was lights out for me ...
