Weeks had passed since Mark and Barbie last spoke, and Mark had been relentlessly reaching out to her through calls and text messages. However, Barbie continued to ignore all his attempts to contact her. Mark's messages remained unanswered:

As Barbie read the last message, chills ran down her spine. Cassie entered the room, finding Barbie with tissues in her hands.

"You can't just stay inside the room and cry forever, girl," Cassie said, concerned. "You need to get your life back to normal."
