William's celebrate his birthday

At this point, Deborah is already a month pregnant, Sophia a week, and Paisley two weeks. The process of their pregnancy was like a competition and every one of them with her attitude responding to the pregnancy. At the same time, it was William birthday, and it was just within a week to announce the chosen prospective Governor of the state.

Being William 65th birthday, which needed to be celebrated by his son Charles, planned the birthday preparation with Deborah and the rest of his friends. William had forgotten that it was his birthday; he already had been occupied with some aspect of life. He became surprised when Charles visited him as early as that very morning. William again asked why Hopeton didn't celebrate the victory in his own house or in the William family house, if truly he had been told of his success. With much pressure from Charles, William, and Elizabeth, his parents dressed up and went with him. On their arrival, William was surprised to see how the whole environment was set up. It is true Charles lives in a mansion, which is beautify and well furnished to fit it name. Meanwhile, the extra work done in it for the purpose of the birthday celebration added more beauty to it.

"So Christopher could spend much just to celebrate his nomination; what then happens when he finally wins the election? It is to say that he is about to deviate from the man he has been known to be."William lamenting, seeing the expensive material used to decorate the compound.

He made a step alongside his wife to the parlour. As he drew closer to the door, Kingston ran to meet him, as arranged, and was told to shout "happy birthday, grandpa."

He did as he was told, and now William realized it was his birthday: "It skips his memory but not mine; I have been planning on how to go with it, not knowing that Charles had prepared something special to celebrate his dad my husband." Elizabeth said at the parlor where the birthday is ongoing. "Deborah planned it all; she reminded me about it two days ago, so we said to take you by surprise, dad......" Charles spoke stressing it loud.

"Wooo, you really took me by surprise." He said and comes closer to the audience. Christopher and family hand a handshake with alongside all his well wishers, which includes Jace, David, and Regina, who has always seen herself as part of the family, congratulating William.

The birthday event was covered by the press, and when it was time to cut the cake, William demanded that Kingston stand with him. His request was carried granted, and the cake was cut, and served to the audience with drink, one of which wasn't an alcoholic drink.

Regina then drew Elizabeth attention from the occasion, and plead with her to go with her for a talk around the swimming pool space.

"I am still sorry for my daughter's wrongs toward you and your family; her selfish ambition near cause me high blood pressure and as it is, I don't think I will ever want to call her my daughter." Regina complained.

"You can't say such; she is your daughter and will always be.Just that she made up her mind to be selfish and overly ambitious, which have really caused her to eat her cake, and not just that, she also broke her bakery, where as she will find it so difficult to rebuild." She speaks in parable, describing Olivia as one who has lost it all.

" Exactly. I knew this before now; it's just that I can't control her decision at that moment, making her understand that Hudson didn't choose the right part for her." Regina explained, and went further to disclose how she has had queries and almost fought with Olivia over her selfish pursuits.

"She is no longer a child; I wish her success in her pursuits, but she should be aware that whatever she sow, that will she reap. I have forgiven her a long time ago, so as you can see, I hold no grudges against her. Aside from the fact that she will no longer have anything serious to do with my family, As for you, you are always welcome." Regina paused and continue.

"Today is my husband's birthday, and my presence is most needed, am not to skip any of the events that happen. So cheer up; Olivia will be fine when she gets back to her normal self. I just pray it should not be too late for her if it has not already been."

Elizabeth joyfully left her and went to join in the party. Regina , standing alone at the swimming pool space, felt so bitter that she thought of going in, but her present wasn't that recognized, and the pain of seeing Deborah enjoying what Olivia would have been enjoying made her leave the compound without giving notice of her leaving.

In continuation of the birthday speech, Christopher spoke well of William and his family; he also spoke of how William had been part of his success and prayed for his continued long life and prosperity. The speech got to social media, and people began viewing it and giving good response. They also hailed Christopher as the incoming Governor. And at last, William receives a gift from family and friends.
