Chapter 31

　　“Let go of me, Mr. Sleeves.” She tried to wriggle out of his stronghold.

　　Kissing her by the side of her forehead, Adam spoke with a smirk on his face. “I’ll take that as a YES baby girl! I know you secretly want what I’m about to do to you."

　　Before Kara could say anything else, Adam was already by the bed. He gently placed her in the middle of the bed and immediately climbed on top of her, pinning her hands over her head, holding them still with his hands.

　　He saw that her lips were about to move, probably to protest against him but before she could say anything. Adam possessively covered her mouth with his. He started exploring slowly, not wanting to appear rough with her.

　　Kara didn’t return his kiss for the first few minutes. She just laid there while he did the work. Adam wasn’t happy with that. He released one of his hands from hers, caressing her exposed cleavage area.

　　Sleeves smirked against her lips when he felt Katherine’s heartbeat increase.
