Unexpected visit
With a slight smile, Phina tapped her phone while sitting in the living room. Her friends had been gone for about three hours, and she had not seen Patrick since then.
She wished she would never see him since she was so mad at him. He threatened her after hurting her feelings in the first place. He was aware that she needed the money and that she wouldn't be here otherwise.
Though she's still trying to figure out why he wants to extend the contract, she was irritating him, and it seemed he wanted her out of his life. She can't say, though, the way things are.
