As I walked out of the office, I couldn't help but feel a sense of betrayal. Mr. Blackwood, the man I had trusted, had turned against me. He had taken everything I had worked for, everything I had built.

Maya followed me, her eyes filled with concern. "Emily, what are we going to do?" she asked.

I didn't answer. I couldn't answer. I didn't know what to do.

We walked in silence, our footsteps echoing through the empty hallways. The company I had built, the company I had loved, was gone. It had been taken from me.

I thought about all the memories I had made here. All the late nights, all the early mornings. All the struggles, all the triumphs.

And now, it was all gone.

I stopped walking and looked at Maya. "I don't know what to do," I said, my voice barely above a whisper.

Maya took my hand. "We'll figure it out," she said. "We'll find a way to take back what's yours."
