Chapter 1

 THE CURIOUS DREAM

The village of Gyel, bathed in the gentle hues of a rising sun, had just begun to stir. Gyang, a young man with an insatiable curiosity, had always found solace in the tranquil beauty of his surroundings. Each morning, he would wake to the melodious chirping of birds and the cool breeze rustling through the tall grass, bringing with it the promise of a new day.

Gyang lived in a modest cottage with his parents. His father, a skilled carpenter, and his mother, a wise herbalist, had taught him the importance of knowledge and humility. As he stood on the small porch, looking out at the village below, he couldn't help but wonder what lay beyond the rolling hills that sheltered Gyel. One particular morning, as Gyang sipped a cup of herbal tea brewed by his mother, he found himself lost in thought.

His mind was filled with questions that seemed to have no answers. He gazed at the mountains in the distance, their peak shrouded in mist, and wondered if there were other villages beyond their reach. What stories lay waiting to be discovered, what knowledge was hidden in the world beyond?

His mother, noticing his distant expression, smiled and said, "Gyang, you have the heart of an explorer. There is a vast world out there, full of mysteries and wonders. But remember, there is wisdom in knowing when to stay and

when to venture forth." Gyang nodded, acknowledging his mother's wisdom, but

the yearning to explore the unknown still tugged at his heart.

Meanwhile, in the village of Vwang, the early morning sun filtered through the dense canopy of trees, casting dappled shadows on the forest floor. Kangyang, a spirited and determined young woman, had a similar longing in her heart. Her father, a skilled hunter, and her mother, a healer,

had instilled in her a deep connection to the natural world.

Kangyang stood by a gurgling stream, listening to the soothing melody of the water. She marveled at the vibrant flora and fauna that surrounded her. Her spirit burned with

a desire to explore the hidden depths of the forest and learn its secrets.

As Gyang and Kangyang went about their respective mornings, their lives seemed worlds apart. Little did they know that the threads of destiny were beginning to weave

a tapestry that would connect their fates in ways they could never have imagined.

That night, as both villages settled into their slumbers, Gyang and Kangyang would share an extraordinary dream, one that would set the stage for an epic journey beyond their wildest dreams. In the dream, they found themselves standing at the edge of a precipice, gazing into an abyss that seemed to lead to another world. A mysterious figure

beckoned to them, and their hearts pulsed with a sense of urgency.
