Exchange Of Words In The Kitchen

Back inside the quiet home of Cassian, Inna gently dropped a tray at the side table and sat on a chair close to Catherine's bed.

She handed the lady her medicine, and then a glass of water she could use to easily step down the drugs into her system. All the while she attended to Catherine, there was not a tiny creak of smile that broke on her lips, her expression was unfathomable, giving Catherine the chills as she said nothing and quietly took her medicine.

Everyone had read the news concerning Cassian, including the rumors, and the tension in the house increased. No one's had breakfast and Orson already stepped out a few minutes before Inna entered her room. After taking her medicine, Catherine cleared her throat and tried to start up a conversation with Inna, something to weigh down the restlessness in the environment.
