Chapter 15

By this time it was already dark, Sirius returned to the dormitory to lie on the soft bed, Sirius was about to close his eyes to sleep, his doorbell rang.

"Can I come in?"

Amanda's voice came from outside the door, Sirius standing up from the bed, Sirius quickly walked towards the door.

"Come in, Amanda." Opening the door, Sirius motioned for Amanda to sit on the chair.

Sitting in his chair, Amanda was looking around curiously around Sirius' room.

Sirius smiled and said, "Would you like green tea or water?"

Hearing Sirius' voice, Amanda's eyes rested on his face for a few seconds and after a pause she said "Green tea"

"Okay." Approaching Sirius's teapot, he took it out and poured hot water into it.

After a few seconds, Sirius took a bag filled with tea leaves and gently tossed them into the pot.

While waiting for the tea to be ready, Sirius turned and noticed Amanda's jet-black eyes staring at him.

Seeing Amanda's odd behavior, Sirius asked "Need anything?"

Hearing Sirius' voice and seeing that he had caught her in the act, Amanda looked aside and acted as if nothing had happened as she whispered "No" softly.

Smiling, Sirius looked back at the teapot.

Seeing that the water in the teapot had begun to turn an opaque brown, Sirius carefully removed the teapot from the pot and poured the tea into two porcelain cups.

Returning to where Amanda had sat, Sirius handed her a steaming hot cup of tea and sat in front of her.

"Thank you." Grabbing the teacup with both hands, Amanda gently blew into the cup and took a sip.

Closing her eyes and enjoying the taste of the tea, Amanda nodded slightly and said "it's good"

"Thank you." Sitting in front of her, Sirius also took a sip of tea. It had a slightly bitter aftertaste that even after a few seconds lingered on the tip of his tongue.

"…So, what do you want to talk about?" Seeing that we couldn't just spend all our time drinking tea, Sirius decided to get straight to the point.

Putting down the teacup, Amanda's nonchalant face stared at me. After a while, she finally said "...Thank you"

"No problem." Sirius said, "You're also my classmate, so it's only natural for me to save you. Just give me some money," said Sirius with a smile.

Amanda said "Then I will 5 million U and thank you for saving my life."

In general, 5 million U seems to be quite a lot for a student.

But Sirius really doesn't care much about money, that's what Amanda said.

A few days later, at the site of the trip.

"Okay, everyone get on the bus"

Dressed in a loose-fitting white T-shirt tucked neatly under jeans, Donna quickly took attendance.

After making sure everyone in class A-25 was present, Donna, got on a giant white bus and urged us to follow along.

Entering the bus, Sirius looked left and right, and after spotting his group, Sirius walked towards them.

Here, Sirius could see the seats divided into two rows, two on each side. In front of each seat, there is a lovely oak table with a few snacks on it.

Go to where Sirius's group is.

Sirius saw Melissa sitting quietly in a chair and closing her eyes.

Seeing that, Sirius took the seat next to her and decided not to disturb her. Closing his eyes, Sirius decided to take a short nap.

-Room!

Immediately after, the bus engine roared and slowly accelerated.

Hollberg.

"Okay guys, we're going to Hollberg in about 10 minutes so get ready."

Waking up Sirius, was Donna's shrewd and pleasant voice over the bus speakers.

Looking around, he could see Donald and the rest had woken up. Behind them, several students were awake to play on their phones or talk to each other.

Standing up, Sirius followed the stream of students toward the exit of the bus.

As he got off the bus, Sirius saw Donna taking attendance.

After making sure that no one was missing, Donna, who seemed to be in a better mood before, said:

"Okay, everyone. Although we are in Hollberg, we are only in the suburbs. That's because before entering the city, we will make a trip to the monster processing factory."

"We'll do a site tour first, and right after that you'll go with your team and complete the assigned mission."

Pausing and making sure everyone understood what she meant, Donna turned around and headed toward the large industrial building.

"Okay, follow me…"
