After a minute of swift flight, Adam descended near the front of the cave.

His eyes scanned the entrance as his mana extended into the cave, revealing the presence of four people inside.

Among them, he could sense his sister, Elena. He cast Whisper's Edge a skill using his sound talent, allowing him to eavesdrop on their conversation as he cautiously approached.

"Are you sure she's going to be okay?" a voice asked, filled with concern. Adam could tell this voice belonged to a young girl, her worry evident.

"Lila, Aiden said she's stable for now," another voice, Lena's, responded, tinged with sadness. "But... I still can't believe he used a skill to make us think he stayed here with us and left."

"I hope he's okay," Lila murmured, the sadness in her tone deepening.
