Chapter 101: Limited Recruitment

As Charles looked at the four rows of ninjas, he realized that there seemed to be quite a few female ninjas available for recruitment. However, among them were also powerful ninjas, from Tsunade to Fū, and even the Tsuchikage, Kurotsuchi.

B-rank ninjas are all of elite Jounin or Jounin level strength, and even the weakest C-rank ninjas include some lower-level ninja with strengths comparable to special Jounin.

Charles was quite satisfied with the current selection of recruitable members.

After looking at the recruitable ninjas, Charles Doyle clicked on the recruitment instructions located nearby.

Charles walked over and saw that there were empty seats next to Ginny and Shizune. Without any hesitation, he sat down next to Shizune.

Seeing Charles sit down next to Shizune without hesitation, Ginny's eyes flickered for a moment. Then she said, "BOSS, you've been sleeping since you came back. I knocked on your door before dinner."

"Alright, I forgive you."

As they talked, Charles picked up a slice of pizza from the table and began to eat.

"Well, it tastes pretty good!"

Soon, Charles joined the dinner party, chatting and laughing with everyone. During the meal, no one mentioned what had happened at the construction site that day.

After dinner, Charles spoke up, "Let's go to the meeting room. There are some things we need to discuss."

With that, Charles Doyle stood up first and headed towards the meeting room. The other five followed suit.

Once everyone was seated in the meeting room, Charles began, "Shizune, I assume you now have a general understanding of this place after spending the afternoon here?"

Shizune nodded and replied, "Lord Charles, I have gained a basic understanding of this place, but there are still many differences, and I need to learn and adapt further."

Charles wasn't surprised by Shizune's response since the system didn't provide full knowledge about this world, except for language. Everything else needed to be learned from scratch.

"Iruka, tomorrow, take Shizune to the Continental Hotel. Prepare a completely new identity for her."
