Chapter 19: The Half Elf

"Why're you sitting here on your own?"

I looked up to see an elf girl looking at me.

"None of your business."

"What do you mean? If you tell me I could cheer you up."

"I'm not sad. I just look like this."

"Why do you look so emotionless?"

"My father made me like that."

"What your name?"

"Levantes Artrium-."

"Hi Levantes, I'm Pandora Alpharius Silva."

"Silva? You're from the royal elves."

"Yup, my mother told me you guys are bad people but I think you're kind of nice."

"I'm not nice."

"I'm sure you are."

"No trust me, you'll regret talking with me."

"No I won't. You have to learn to like yourself."

"You wouldn't even think about saying that if I told you about the things I do."

"I don't need to hear about that because you seem nice to me."

"First impressions may seem good but it's the moment you realise their true, dark colours."

"Doesn't matter, I think you're a good demon."

"Why won't you just leave me alone?"

"Because I know how lonely you can get."

I then looked at the elf girl. How can she know what I feel? She doesn't know the things I do.

"I knew it."

"What?"

"I knew that you're lonely, how about I play with you?"

"Fine then."

We then talked about our lives for hours until the sun began to set.

"I have to go now."

"Okay, bye Pandora."

"Bye Levantes."

Why did that feel so nice? Maybe I'll bring her something when I get home. I then went home and got a small cheese cake which I stored on my spatial storage.

"Where are you going?"

"Nowhere Lilith."

"You're going somewhere and you're not telling me."

"Lilith leave your brother alone."

"But mum, Levantes isn't tell me where he's going."

"Leave him one Lilith, he'll tell you when he comes back, he's seven now he's old enough."

I then embarked on my journey. I followed the trace of mana Pandora left behind. I flew through the cosmos until I reached Elf Kingdom. I then found myself at a large castle. She said she was bullied because of being a half human and half elf but she lives in such a big castle. I almost knocked on the door when I heard shouting, screaming and crying from inside the castle. What the heck is happening? I then pushed open the doors and found two spiral staircases leading to the upstairs. I then found Pandora but she was being abused by an older elf woman who seemed to be her mother and a human male who was trying to stop the woman but failed seemed to be Pandora's father.

"WHY DID YOU GO NEAR THAT DEVIL BOY?!"

Without hesitation I unsheathed my dark bladed dagger and charged towards the elf woman. With a swift motion I severed the elf woman's head. Pandora then watched her mother die infront of her eyes as her eyes then was filled with tears of happiness and relief and then hugged me as if I saved her from a beast. Her father then stared at me with mixed emotions. He then bowed his head on the floor and thanked me over and over again. I didn't realise what I did but I just kept saying I saw people who needed help. I then gave Pandora the cheesecake.

"Thanks." Pandora said as her eyes filled with tears.

"You don't have to eat it if you don't like it."

"No it's not that, it's just I haven't eaten in weeks."

I looked at Pandora with confusion. There was no one else at the dining table so I asked her.

"What do you mean?"

"My mother made me survive two months of training without food."

I then finally realised how much I saved Pandora from.

"I'll always help you."

"Why?"

"Because we're friends." I said as Pandora's eyes was filled with tears again.

"You should come to my school."

"What's it called?"

"Well I don't go there now but when I'm old enough I can go."

"So what's it called?"

"It's called Andartaros Academia."

"Okay then I'll see you then."

"Are you going?"

"Don't worry, of you need any help just call me and I'll come."

A few months later:

Maybe it's time I visit her.

"Where are you going?"

"You don't need to know Lilith."

"You're going to that elf girl aren't you."

"So what if I am."

"Mum, Levantes is going to see a girl."

"Levantes don't do it yet, you can wait until you're old enough."

"Do what?"

"Don't worry about that."

I then left the Volomir Mansion and embarked on my journey to the Elf Kingdom.

"LEVANTES!!!"

I saw an elf girl run towards me. I thought to myself how I should knock out this small girl with a small hit but I then realised it was Pandora.

"Hi Pandora."

"It's been so long."

"Well the last time I saw you you're mother- you was eating cheesecake."

"Do you have more?"

"No but I have a few hundred million Elarium on me right now so we can eat."

"It's okay-." Pandora said as a group of elf boys walked behind. One of the boys then spat on Pandora, the spit landed in Pandora's hair.

I instantly teleported towards the boy. Mine and the boy's face was only centimetres apart.

"Why did you do that?!"

"What are you going to do demon child? Why are you protecting that half blood?"

I then held the boy's neck and lifted him from the ground then threw him a few hundred meters away from us. Another boy then tried punching me. I easily dodged the punch and landed a kick to his nape which he was easily knocked out by. The other boys then charged towards me. I sweeped three of the boys and as the fell to the ground I smashed the others on the ground then piled up their bodies so the street was clean.

"Why did you do that?"

"Isn't it obvious? They spat on you."

Pandora then looked at me like I was the first person who's done this for her.

"Did you just come from school?"

"Yeah."

"So those boys were from your school then."

Pandora didn't reply but she did just look down at the floor.

"Can I do anything to thank you?"

"No, but you could buy me a sword."

We then walked around the streets looking for a shop.

"Found it."

"Okay then. I'll try and ruin your financial life right now."

We entered the shop and to our surprise there were high end swords at the minimum they were Apocalyptic grade. For our age these were overpowered weapons.

"Hello there kids, are you looking for some nice swords?"

"Are you stu-"

"Yes, we are looking for a sword for my friend."

"I'll help you kids find a sword that best suits you."

We walked around the shop looking for a sword.

"That one."

"Are you sure? It's a bit heavy for someone your age."

"Just give it."

The shop owner then gave me the sword. I put my finger on it and the sword shattered.

"Too weak."

Pandora and the shop owner looked at me with shock.

"Levantes what rank are you?"

"Complex Dragon."

"WHAT!!" Pandora and the shop owner shouted from shock.

"COMPLEX DRAGON! HOW ARE YOU SO STRONG BOY?!"

"I'm Levantes Artrium Volomir, Son of the Demon Vasilias."

"YOU'RE FROM ROYALTY?!"

"Yeah."

"How comes you never told me?"

"You didn't let me-"

"You could've at least introduced yourself as demon royalty."

"Why?"

"Because it always causes commotion-"

"I'm so sorry for my foolishness, please forgive me if I did anything to upset you my prince."

"See."

"Shop owner, I'm Pandora Alpharius Silva, daughter of King Lumiere Silva."

The shop owner then fainted from meeting royalty.

"I told you. Commotion and problems."

"You didn't say problems."

The shop owner then woke up.

"I'm sorry my prince and princess, I shall give you my best weapons of the highest grade."

They're probably weak as well.

We walked towards the back of the shop where we found powerful weapons made especially for nobles and royalty.

"This one shall suit my prince." The shop owner said as he gave me a large katana, about the size of a full grown human.

I held the katana in my hand, I watched it as I waited for it to break. It didn't.

"What's the grade of this weapon?"

"I'm not sure, someone gave it to me and said to give this to a powerful person."

This is at least above Asura grade, I can't show this to father.

"This will fit the use for the princess, Pandora."

The shop owner gave Pandora a large staff. The staff became smaller as soon as Pandora held it.

"This staff amplifies your spells by two tiers minimum depending on your rank."

"How is this so overpowered!"

"Where actually did you find these?"

"I'm sorry Prince Levantes, but I do not have the information to answer your question."

"Anyways, how much will they be?"

"Free of charge."

"Okay then-"

"Levantes wait, I think we should pay for these."

"But the guy said-"

"Here's about a few hundred billion Elarium."

The shop owner then closed the shop as soon as we left.

For weapons of this grade I still think we scammed him.

"What do you think of our weapons, Levantes?"

"Decent."

"What's the grade of that dagger you use?"

"Oh this, it's about Asura grade or probably higher but lower than Dimensional grade."

"That's so strong."

"My brother got me it."

"Wait you have a brother?!"

"And a sister, a twin sister."

"Can I meet them?"

"Sure, but I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"You'll see."

I then teleported us to the mansion in Olympus.

"You don't live in Gehenna?"

"Obviously not. All the Vasiliases live in Olympus."

"I didn't know that."

"Wel now you know. You do know that the Elf Vasilias abode still resides in Olympus?"

"No."

"How do you not know- It's fine I'll help you move."

"Okay then let's go in."

I opened the door of the Volomir Mansion. The door then revealed a long hallway with guards standing next to the walls. A man with white hair wearing clothes of a butler then came to me.

"Prince Levantes, should I tell your mother that you have returned home?"

"Yeah Albert."

The butler then disappeare. In a matter of seconds we saw a girl about Pandora's height running towards us with a woman who looked like they were in their mid twenties with white hair walking behind the girl.

"LEVANTES WHERE DID YOU GO?!"

"Thanks for welcoming me back Lilith." I said sarcastically.

"Who's this?"

"Lilith, manners."

"I'm sorry mother, what's your name?"

"I'm Princess Pandora, daughter of King Lumiere of the Elf Kingdom."

"I see, so you're royalty as well?"

"Yes."

"Hello there Pandora, I'm Levantes's mother and this is Lilith Aster Volomir."

"Hi Lilith."

"I don't approve of you."

"What do you mean?"

"Lilith, please just shut up for once."

"Levantes what's in your spatial storage?"

"O, I got a new katana today, Pandora bought it for me."

"Really?" My mother said with a smirk.

"Yeah."

"Pandora is this true, are you buying my son gifts?"

"Well Mrs Volomir, Levantes protected me from these boys so I bought him a weapon in return."

"I see, will you stay for the night, I mean I'm sure your home is very far from here."

"I could telepo-"

"Levantes be quiet."

"Sorry mother."

"Well if you insist then I shall stay."

"You can sleep in Levantes's bed then."

"WHAT!"

"What Levantes?"

"Why my bed? Where am I going to sleep then?"

"Oh sorry was I not clear enough, you will share."

"WHAT!" Pandora shouted.

"I'm just joking we have spare houses in the garden but you can stay in Lilith's room."

"Albert and Alfred get a bed read in Lilith's room."

Two butler's then teleported behind my mother on one knee.

"We have prepared a bed in Lilith's room."

"IT'S QUEEN!"

"Shut up Lilith."

We then all went to bed.

Pandora's point of view

I went up the spiral staircase in a pyjamas which was given to me by Levantes's mother.

"It's this way."

Lilith then showed me to her bedroom. She opened the door, inside her room was a large bed with a large dressing table with a large mirror.

"Your room is so big."

"How big is your room?"

"About half of this."

"That's still pretty big. Here's your bed."

Lilith then removed a wall with magic which then revealed another large bed about the same as Lilith's.

"Okay girls nighttime now."

We both looked at the door. At the door was Levantes's mother who then turned off the lights.

"Night."

I then jumped into the bed and covered myself in the blankets.

"So how old are you?"

"Going to be nine"

"When's your birthday?"

"In the Geogorian Calendar?"

"Yeah."

"23rd December."

"That's close."

"When's your's?"

"28th November. So in three days."

"Yeah."

"Does Levantes know?"

"I don't think so."

"Are you guys going to get married?"

"What! No!"

"I thought you guys would make a good couple."

"We're literally still kids."

"Do it young, that's what my mother always says."

What.

"My mother died."

"I know. We went to her funeral, I'm so sorry."

"No it's okay, she wasn't the nicest of people. She was killed."

"By who?!"

"I don't know."

"She died on the day Levantes went to see someone."

"Really? What a lovely coincidence." I said awkwardly.

"Lovely? Bit didn't-"

We then heard shuffling under the bed.

"AHHHHHH!!" We both screamed.

I jumped on Lilith's bed as we both hugged each other while we heard the shuffling under my bed.

"What is it?" Levantes said as he yawned.

"LEVANTES THERE'S SOMETHING UNDER THE BED!"

The bed then rose into the air, seeing this we both screamed more.

"Look, it's just a rat."

"Then kill it!"

"Lucifer kill the rat."

A figure then appeared next to Levantes then disappeared. We then saw the rat disintegrate.

"Now go to sleep."

We then went to sleep.

A few days later:

I woke up to the sound of my sister screaming at me to wake up.

"What?"

"It's Pandora's ninth birthday today, there's a party so get ready."

"Fine then. Get out of my room Lilith."

I then brushed my teeth then changed into my suit then went downstairs to eat my breakfast.

"Levantes eat quickly."

I ate my slices of toast then teleported my sister and my mother to the Elf Kingdom's Vasilliases abode in Olympus. As we entered the mansion we were instantly welcomed by many buers then eventually we were welcomed by Pandora.

"Here take these my mother picked them for you and these me and Lilith picked." I said as I handed Pandora's butlers the many bags inside of my spatial storage.

"Thanks Levantes!"

"No problem. These are my friends Cynthia and Iris."

"Hello Levantes, we've heard so much about you." A girl with red hair said.

"What about me?"

"Of course we've heard about you Lilith."

"When are we eating the cake?"

"I got one ready for you Levantes."

Friend's aren't that bad then.

The Present:

"What are you thinking of?"

"Nothing but the past Pandora."

"From then?"

"Yeah."
