Chapter 214

Andras was seated in the sitting area beside the empty fireplace carved out of the same black crystal like everything else when his father's innate glow announced his arrival. His father hardly came to his room unless it was to inform him that the spy they had in the Royal Mount had brought new information. That was unlikely though because he had just been at the Nether Regions a scant few days ago.

"Ethrond is here with an important report…"

Andras was already out of his chair before his father got all of his words out. They met up with Rolfe in the woods, the Angel sporting a furrow between his brows.

Ethrond was pacing when they arrived at the cottage at the end of the woods, that couldn't be a good sign. Andras had an impassive expression on but he knew that the only person truly not troubled was his father.
