Shiela's POV

My biggest worry for the future is that we won't be able to completely function for a month because rejection has already occurred .

If not, both our wolf and ourselves will eventually pass away .

I turned my face up toward him as I raised my head . I cause our lips to slam lock by standing on my toes .

I shook as an electric shock swept through my body . He was astounded, too, but I handled all the kissing .

I was upset to see that he wasn't answering . Consequently, my lips lack Athena's delicious flavor .

That explains why he didn't respond to my kiss, I reasoned as I withdrew .

With hurt evident on my face, I broke off the kiss and turned around to walk away .

I was abruptly turned around . My hands landed on Aria's chest and his on mine . His hands were on my waist and butt, so let's say on my butt .

He looked down at me with love and, to my mind, care in his eyes, just like in those romance movies .
