Mona just doesn't want to give in. How could she. She wasn't ready to talk about her relationship yet. It would even be worse, if Alpha Talbot was to find out, who exactly she was trying to avoid. 

She knew Alpha Talbot wanted to have a business partnership with Damin. 

Thing him about her relationship with Alpha Damon might either make their partnership, which might be totally uncomfortable to her, or break it, which could also make her feel guilty. So either way, none of the options would help her.
