Chapter Two: Running Away

"GAMBLE"!!!, what, how, when and where. Meng Yao felt like her world came crashing down on her, she remember warning her husband about following his friend's advice to gamble.

I told you not to gamble, I warned you against that advice, I told you that your friend doesn't mean well for you but you never listen, I told you I would try and help you out but you chose your friend over your family and see where it has landed us, you have jeopardize our lives, how can we survive at the moment, what about Yuchen's future?.How can you settle this when you are still in debt of the previous ones, then why won't you just stay out of trouble and that would have helped Meng Yao was still crying over her house and son's future without knowing the worse was yet to come.

Hello smart boy, how have you been?, the intruder asked Yuchen.

You... how did you find me, no how do you know my son?.

Do you know him Yuchen?, Yize asked his son who has been watching them all this while without saying anything.

He hangs out around our house. He is always to there everytime I come back from school, then turning over to Wang Fu he asked, What is the problem, why are you here and who are these people with you?, Yuchen who now has a clue on what is going on but was still in denial asked Wang Fu who was facing him with his usual smile.

Little man, I told you that you would be joining me one day and that day seems to be today Wang Fu answered with a knowing smile. Yang Yize who just realized that he has fallen into a trap set by someone was now fully aware of what he has done, with his head down in shame he couldn't face his wife and son any longer and before they knew what was wrong he ran away leaving his family behind. Yize!, Yize!!, where are you going to?.

That shows how much he loves you both, doesn't it?. okay let's go.

Meng Yao who was still confused why her husband ran away and why these people were holding them captives and not letting them go asked,who are you?, why should we go with you? and why are you holding us captives?.

My name is Wang Fu,the owner of a normal gambling house. The documents here states that from today henceforth you and your son are now my slave, your husband used you two to pay his gambling debt which he signed up for after loosing his house and car, was that enough for you to grab the situation?, Wang Fu asked with his sly smile still on his lips. So what you are trying to say is that I and my son was used as a wager in a gamble by my husband and at the end he lost and even after losing his house he chose to use us as a wager. Breathing in and out, calming her mind knowing that one cannot cry over a spilled milk Meng Yao said with a defeated tone let's go.

That's right, that is why I like your family, both mother and son are smart but I have a simple question, why did a beautiful woman like you got married to a useless man like Yize, ahh! nevermind, don't answer, am not in the mood for touching stories this morning.

The group entered the bus enough to accommodate themwhile Wang Fu and the mother and son entered the other car with the driver. He thought that Yize might fight or resist but he didn't want to waste time so he took the group with him, who knew Yize was a coward that would run away leaving his family that he claims to love behind.

You can just sleep, I know he woke you up early so sleep is you are still feeling sleepy. you don't have to play nice, I know that you are going to sell us so stop trying to be nice, Yuchen who had been quiet all this time suddenly spoke but his mother shut him up with her hand, please don't be offended he is just a kid. I know, after all he is my buddy, or are you not?.

The drive took twenty minutes before they reached their destination. Take them to the room prepared for them, we have not been told what to do with them. This simple sentence made Meng Yao understand that he was just following orders, they were taken to a simple room for them to settle down and wait for their fate when the sun rises.

You should just sleep at the moment, the boss is not a bad person but I can't say for the upper ones, the innocent looking boy who seemed to be the youngest in the group told them.

How old are you Meng Yao asked him, Am twenty-two he answered but was fidgeting with his clothes.

what are you still doing there little Da!, do you want to get punished again?, with his name being shouted he ran out of the room leaving the mother and son to rest but sleep seems like it was not meant for them today with their whole world crashing down on them in a day.

Stepping out of the house to a corner while dialing a number, Wang Fu's voice echoed,

Hello Sir, yes the job is done, they are at the waiting room at the moment, what should I do with them?.

The voice on the other phone was obviously happy about the capture of the mother and son answered with a sneer, you can do away with them or rather sell them off and use them money for anything you want, I don't need them.

"Okay sir". I will see what I can do about them.

Don't just see what you can do, act on it quickly and do away with them, the earlier the better for everyone of us, the man on the phone was obviously angered by Wang Fu's resistance at the moment.

These old geezers, they just command and pay money siting at their office while we take the risk to do the dirty jobs and he has the guts to command me. Surnamed Wang was angry at the moment because of the new development, he runs a gambling business but do dirty jobs for the higher ups sometimes the only problem was that he had never touched the innocent before.

So someone gave the orders?, Yuchen who came out to look for a bathroom startled Wang Fu who still had his back against the house. Fully facing Yuchen who was now obviously burning from rage with veins bulging out for his face after finding out that it was a conspiracy against his family.

"Yes it was an order, can you do anything about it?" Wang Fu asked with his scar face showing a sly smile while putting his hands inside his pocket in a carefree manner which further infuriated Yuchen.
