The gym wasn't as bad as Scott thought it was going to be. Avi's dad made them lift a little, run a little and then do a couple of random exercises. Avi was definitely sweaty when they finished, and Scott could hardly breathe. But they did it. Avi's father gave them both pats on the back. "Don't look so tired, gentlemen. This is what real Alpha training is like." Scott nodded and put his hands on his head to try and catch a breath.
