Chapter 4

"I will father, I promise you he won't stop me. I will do whatever I can to make a great Alpha in your place. I will make you proud, I will accept his rejection and I will fight him for my pack if I have to. He hates us for something that never happened and he wants revenge. I won't allow it to happen." I say and wipe away some tears.

"That's my girl! We are all next to you! Don't forget it. We love you!" he whispers and kisses my forehead.

"Now young lady you have to get ready! You have two hours until the ceremony. You were sleeping for hours and we wanted to let you rest! The other packs will be here soon." He informs me and I jump up shocked.

I mean, are you kidding me?

Like two hours? I can't!

"Dad! How am I supposed to make it in two hours?" I yell and he laughs.

"You will have the right help, don't worry. " he says, gets up and leaves my room allowing my mom, my aunt, Henna, Kara and Tia to get in smirking wickedly.

I know the reason they are here and I am f*cked...

~some hours later~

I am standing on the stage with my father and mother on my right side and Dean and Cai on my left side.

Some minutes ago I accepted the Alpha's title from my father and I announced my Beta and Gamma and now I am getting ready to announce my Delta.

"...And last but not least the next Delta of Shining Full Moon Pack, Henna!" I say and the crowd in front of me starts cheering for Henna in excitement.

I observe her walking and getting on the stage next to me with Dean and Cai.

"I promise you, I will do my best to be a true Alpha for you, a strong one like my father, a wise one. Thank you all for your acceptance, your love and your loyalty. Now! It's time to celebrate!" I yell laughing and everyone bursts into cheering!

I turn and hug my parents who are both crying proud of me, next come my brothers and my sister with my uncles, cousin and grandma after them.

The next who come to congratulate me are our previous Betas, Gammas and Deltas and in the end is waiting for me a big group hug from Dean, Cai and Henna!

"We are on!" Dean yells and I punch him on his arm playfully.

"Are you ready to celebrate Alpha?" Henna asks me smirking and I nod quickly.

"I want a drink!" I say and Cai takes Dean to get drinks for the four of us.

I get down from the stage with Henna and start walking around the place with everyone congratulating and greeting me by bowing with respect. A lot of men are staring at me and Henna and I giggle from Henna's teasing.

We look really beautiful tonight.

Henna is wearing a black, narrow, strapless cocktail dress with golden heels and a simple makeup with her hair up on an elegant bun with her dark blonde hair shining.

I, from the other side, am wearing a long, dark red dress in an 'A' shape which leaves my whole back revealed and has a long cut down in the middle of my legs and when I walk the tail is moving back with grace revealing my gobbies. I have silver high heels as for shoes, a light makeup with black mascara and eyeliner and a nude dark red lipstick with my hair down in big waves.

Aren't we good?

"Alpha Ember!" I hear someone calling me and I turn to see Alpha Navid Parker of the Frozen River Pack standing less than a meter away from me, dressed in a black suit with a red rose in his hand smiling warmly at me.

"Alpha Navid, it's a pleasure to have you here! Thanks for joining my side in a day like this." I say and he bows, takes my hand and kisses it gently.

"The pleasure is all mine Ember, Please, call me Navid."

"Of course Navid. How are you? How is your pack?" I ask and he smiles at me raising his hand and giving me the rose he is holding.

I turn and realize that Henna has left and I am alone with Navid some meters away from the stage. I turn my gaze to Navid and observe his features.

He is a very charming man, about 37 years old if I remember correctly, with black hair which begins turning grey in some points and dark brown eyes. He is a very attractive and charming man, unfortunately he lost his mate seven years ago during labor and their daughter died some minutes after she got born leaving him alone.

I like Navid, he has a strong yet calm aura, he is a great man.

"I am better now that I see you Ember, your parents are very proud of you. I am here for you, if you need anything just ask me and I will be grad to help you." He says and I give him a shy smile.

"Ember!" I hear two more voices calling me and I spot Isaak and Dillon, two more Alphas walking to me.

Isaak is 22 years old and the Alpha of the Red Full Moon Pack and Dillon is 25 years old and Alpha of the Bloody Wood's Pack. They are both good friends of mine and my parents know their parents for years. Their packs were always our closest friends and collaborators.

"Well done Ember, we are very happy about you! Now we are all going to work together as we promised so many years ago." Dillon says and kisses my cheek.

"Congratulations Alpha. We will see you more often now!" Isaak teases me and I laugh.
