Too Scared

"Raven!"
Raven was not sure whether it was her name, or something else but her body moved on its own. She was in her car and out of the house in the next minute.
'What am I doing?' Raven asked herself, her mind reeling.
She wasn't even sure where she was headed as her hands gripped the steering wheel tightly. Tears blurred her vision as she drove, the streetlights streaking past in a blur. Her heart pounded in her chest, her wolf's energy growing weaker by the second.
'I can't lose her,' Raven thought, tears streaming down her cheeks. 'I can't do this alone. Ava, please, answer me.'
She pressed the gas pedal harder, speeding down the highway.
'Please, Ava.'
Within a few minutes, she drove into Storm's compound, stopping in front of his mansion.
"Storm!" Raven screamed, as soon as she was out of her car. She bolted for the door, stopping only to land a few hurried knocks on the door.
