Breakfast was quieter than she could imagine. Thankfully Storm didn't think to try anything funny and that too passed easily.

Once they finished dining, Storm cleared his throat.

"I'll have someone drive you back." He placed his napkin on the table, alongside his cutlery and stood up.

Skai followed his line of sight. Even on a free day, he wasn't neatly dressed in a formal wear, one depicting his status as an alpha. Rather he sported a black jeans, white sneakers and a black long sleeved t-shirt, drawn back at the sleeves.

Within seconds, she found herself drooling at the look and lowered her gaze when she held his gaze briefly.

"Thanks," Raven muttered. "I'll wait for them downstairs." She followed his lead, picked up her phone and headed off.

"Sure."

She took one last look at him and left, leaving Storm staring at the empty seat she'd occupied just minutes before.
