After the eventful night of the couple, Azer woke up from Amara puking on a bucket in the morning. He immediately rose and called for a servant, "Get me a clean towel and warm water."
Ana was the one who came and hurriedly went back after answering, "Yes, Your Highness!"
Azer rubbed Amara's back as he worriedly gathered her disheveled hair and held them back. He was quite taken aback to see her curling from the bed vomiting nothing but water while sweating and panting.
It was the first time he witnessed her showed symptoms of morning sickness. He suddenly felt like a jerk for leaving her alone for a whole week even when he had valid reasons. The maid came back. He stood and quickly took the basin and the towel from Ana.
Ana gave it obediently, but she fretted and asked nervously, "Your Highness, let me take care of Lady Amara."
Azer answered with a dismissive tone, "You can go back. I call for you if needed."
