THE ALPHA'S ADDICTION

"I Emma DRACKSON, hereby, reject you, Derek, Alpha of the Blue Moon's Pack as my mate." Derek's eyes twitched, and his fists balled, but Emma was far from being done. "Don't ever search for me for whatever reason. I never want to see you again all the days of my life. If I ever find any of your people spying on me, I will kill them, or better, I will burn them alive. Do you understand what I just said?" She asked when she was done. But Derek was mute. Melvina tried talking, but Emma shut her up with a wave of her hand." I'm disappointed in you, Melvina. So, keep shut." She stated in anger, not minding the murmurings from the crowd.  She knew why, but she didn't care. Melvina wasn't her Luna. *** *Emma, a 17 years old gutsy teenager is shipped off to southern England by her Dad to complete her college studies; a strategic punishment to tame her wild behavior. MY HUNCH NEVER LIES

"He still didn't open the door right?" Melvina asked Anthony who was resting his back on the wall of the kitchen. By both of his sides were the other guys. Leo was with them now. He had joined them in the passageway when the had gone to check on Derek, and tell him the recent news about Claire and Curtis. But their newest Alpha hadn't opened the door. They had sauntered to the kitchen after that. Melvina was preparing some meal for lunch. And the girls weren't back yet.

"No, he didn't. I'm thinking of breaking down the door. We can always put up a new one later." Anthony cited, and Melvina shook her head.

"That won't be a good idea. Trust me. I think we should give him more time. Losing his mate is taking a toll on him. It wouldn't be easy." She stated, even as she stirred the yet to be meal in the pot.
