Rune thought for a long time what was the best way he could reveal his secret to Rose. He was so absorbed in his thoughts that he didn't feel the cold wind blowing against his cheeks. His mind was filled with scenarios.
The sounds of Rose's footsteps descending the loft stairs finally moved Rune from his reverie. He turned and saw Rose walking down toward him.
"You're so beautiful," Rune said with a big smile on his face. He saw Rose's cheeks flushed.
"Thank you," Rose replied shyly. "Shall we go?"
"Yes," Rune said, reaching out his hand to her. They held hands going out of the apartment to the brassiere across the street.
"Good evening. How many people?" asked a waiter as soon as they entered the restaurant.
"Two people," said Rune kindly.
"Okay. Please have a seat, Madam and Sir."
The waiter led them to one of the empty tables. Rune pulled out a chair for Rose and sat down beside her after she sat. The waiter held out the menu.
