A certain laboratory is using his computer creating and forming a circuit array. Thanks to the mandated law of research and development, the citizen is being trained to create technology with their own hands. On their computer screen there lies a small design of a circuit array that is mainly for radar system. "Hey is this design already done?". The other guy then did checked the circuit array. "Yes

Immediately send that draft to the production team so that they may be able to imprint it on the board.". So the guy nodded and they immediately send it to the production team. One of the production team then did notice the new design and they immediately inform the team. "The research team has finally created a circuit board, let us all imprint it on the board and add the little spare parts of electronics.". So the production team did so and they all start to work like usual. A huge machinery then did start to imprint the array on the board and after several minutes they were able to produce such logic board. Then they started to add minor little design of electronics and they finally did created a great skeleton of a radar hardware system. Thanks to the new constitution they all start to create new technology fitted for the year 2030. Then the production team said "immedately send the product on the research team so they could add software on it. ". One of their crew then did submitted the logic board on the research team and they immediately checked the hardware components. "Inform the software engineer that the logic board for the radar system is here.". They then tapped their smart table and they did inform the software engineer that the logic board for the radar system is here. "Never would I thought that I will be able to do it in actual. Their design on logic board is great. So how many miles do you think will this super huge logic board for radar system work.?". "I dont know" said by the other officer. "The software engineer will tell us after he finally completed the experiment. Afterall we are here innovating things.". "So we are subjected for a trial and error Methodology here.". "That's right, we are all researchers here so there is no better way but to create things and then have a test on it.". So they did so, and a moment later, a hovering drones did appear on their windows and it immediately speak. The speaker did resonated loud enough for them to hear. "Please attach that logic board on this drone". So the rest of the research team did so and the drone carrying a huge yet light logic board flew mid air. Such mechanism was already practiced by the whole city for it is convenient and not time consuming. In just an hour, the drones carrying a light logic board then did travel several miles. The software engineer saw his drone hovering near him so he immediately took it and he then start to do his work. Mandated by the new constitution, the country is required to innovate their own technology specially in modern warfare. That way the country could immediately update the systems that are attached nor operating system that are installed on their fire power. Thanks to the new mandates and law for Modernization, the country is able to produce a much more civilized nation. The mandate on research and development and the laws attached on it directly guide its people on Information Tech, software engineering, computer sciences and lots sciences things.
