The Head Of Stone Edge

Seeing the reaction of the Ltc and Major Kai was baffled.

"So he's the general" Kai thought as he unconsciously lowered his head.

Varques stood up and approached Black and Vulcan.

"Vulcan, can you explain why you took the liberty of sentencing a student to death without my consent?" The Headmaster of the academy said while glaring at the Major.

Who could do nothing but lower his head even further down. He knew he messed up.

He then looked towards the black hair young adult. "As for you Mr. Hellbound, you will be held in the dungeon until we decide what to do with you"

His gaze was heavy even when he wasn't even emitting his aura. Kai didn't put up any resistance since he wasn't strong enough to even reach the toes of these monsters.

Kai was put in a dark cell that was made of black bricks. The floor was wet as water dripped from the roof.

But this was something he was graceful since the system now had time to calculate his reward.

Seeing the results made Kai smile.

"5 levels, that's a pretty big jump, but the Xp required is crazy now," Kai thought.

He then looked at his free stats points and thought what could he improve.

Kai felt the power surged through his body as his body tensed up but it quickly relaxed. With a couple of breaths.

Reading this Kai frowns; he needs 25 levels for him to evolve again and the Xp requirements keep doubling.

"This will not be easy" He then got in a comfortable position and read the new mythic skills he got.

<Burning Hands>

User's hands are lit on fire and everything they touch will burn. If the target is a creature it will burn them internally.

<Plasma Manipulation>

Allows the user to manipulate plasma. It highly depends on the user's control.

<Super Charge>

The User's body will charge up with plasma Mythic and then create a small or big explosion. Depending on the user's control and time he uses to accumulate plasma within his body.

Warning it is advised to be careful with this skill since it could hurt the user if his control is too low.

"This is the skill that got accidentally activated against the doctor" Kai said it was a useful skill but apparently it was dangerous if he charged up too much and couldn't control it.

He then activated his plasma Mythic and his aura turned reddish with some purplish electricity running through his body. Looking at his hands he couldn't help but smile.

The power he felt was incredible and even he could see the potential that this power held.

Meanwhile in an office that seems to be at the top of the academy were five people sitting on a rectangle table. If Kai was in the room he would recognize three out of the five people sitting here.

Sitting opposite to each other were Major Vulcan and Ltc Black. Beside the Ltc was another man that had the same Ltc badge as Black. The man had dark greenish short hair with a bulky muscular build. He also had a mustache that matched his hair color. His green eyes also matched his hair color yet his aura was yellow in color and powerful.

This man was the second year student representative. Ltc Dorman, he looked bored and questioned why he had to be here since it didn't involve his student.

Opposite to Dorman was a black hair woman that could be considered a beauty everywhere she went. She had her eyes closed as if she wasn't interested in what had happened. As for her aura it was powerful but compared to the rest she was the weakest one.

But it was logical since this person was still a student. As for what she was for, she was the representative of all students in the school, the presumed number one student the queen, Abby Luc.

As for the last person that Kai would recognize was the Headmaster of Stone Edge academy, General Varques. He was currently at the end of the table with his hands crossed.

This room had the strongest people in Stone Edge Academy.

"Now what should we do about this situation?" Varques asked.

"Honestly speaking I think he shall be freed. Even if his methods were uncalled for, he may have saved students' lives." Ltc Black said calm and collected.

*BAM*

Vulcan slammed his fists on the table. "Even so he killed the only person that could have led us to the Cursed Order, and if the student heard that he killed a member of the staff. Chaos will rule the school!" He shouted.

"Calm down Vulcan. I agree that we cannot let him walk without a punishment but killing him is not the answer" Dorman said, releasing his aura to make the Major back down.

But this made Vulcan even angrier, which made his aura more violent. Abby opened her eyes revealing her purple colored eyes in shock by the auras. Even if she's the strongest student she's way out of the league with these monsters.

The fact that in only two years people can become this strong was absurd. But it was all thanks to the runes.

Runes are little stones that have 5 ranks. D, C, B and A. That contains mythic inside them that can boost elements in power or even evolve elements into a higher form. The military were the first to extract these stones from all over the world, that's people with high rank have high powers.

Of course there are exceptions being people that simply were considered genius which the majority found organizations called Orders and started to extract runes as well. Making it so the military wouldn't be the only ones that people seek for more power.

*Boom*

The whole academy was shaken as a gigantic grayish aura exploded in power. All that were in the meeting room turned dark as they all lowered their heads and Abby was on the floor unable to stand.

Even Kai in the dungeon could feel the power choking him. The student in the academy could feel it too.

At the end of the table clear shiny crystals in the form of spikes spread like wildfire covering the whole table.

"Can we have a civil conversation?" Varques said coldly to his subordinates. He then retracted his aura which vanished in an instant and the crystals in the table also retracted and vanished.

"It's clear we can't let him go without punishment but killing him is out of the question and we all know why. He is one of them and he will be needed in the future when he becomes a monster" he added.

"Let's do this, after he completes his last year of school he will join the wall for at least one year if not complete I will personally kill him" Varques said and no one objected. Hen then stood up and left the room while everyone was still sweating from that display of power.

Meanwhile in the dungeon.

Kai had felt the enormous power that felt like he was being choked to death.

"What was that?" Kai asked.
