A Tale of Slimes and Goblins

A/N: Hey guys, it's me! Author-kun! I just wanted to say sorry for practically going dark this last week. I started a new, proper, job from 8 am-5 pm on weekdays and still work my other job on the weekend 5 am-11 am, so I really don't have as much time to devote to this as I used to.

Because of this, a few things are going to be changed. Firstly, my upload schedule will be reduced to probably one or two chapters per week, mostly coming out on the weekends and maybe one on the weekdays if I get a day off or something. I know I haven't had the best track record of keeping consistent updates, but I am going to try to keep this one.

Secondly, I'm going to have to drop my other novel. If you are a fan, I am sorry. I really am. I just don't have as much passion for it as this one due to the more restrictive setting and Naruto fanfics being so overdone.

Finally, for the same reason, I am going to have to remove the Bleach plot from this fanfic. That isn't to say there won't be Bleach characters, far from it, but I just don't have the time nor motivation to go over the whole manga and anime for something that would be so out of place with the setting. Maybe if I ever win the lottery or something and don't have to work anymore, I'll wrap it in with another fanfic, but for now, it will just be references to characters from the franchise like with some of the other mashups.

Once again, sorry for disappointing you all, but I have to become a productive member of society at some point, it just came at me a lot sooner than I thought it would.

After bathing with the three beauties, it was time to head back to my comfy room in the Waterfall Palace. As much as I like teasing them, I didn't do anything sexual to Artoria or Shalltear because Aura was watching. As much as being seen might have enticed Shalltear, Artoria would probably want her first time, as a woman, to be taken in a more romantic environment than a stone floor in a cave while being watched by a horny vampire and a 12-year-old.

(A/N: I skipped the Bathing Scene mostly because I know none of you want lemons. You only want vanilla. That's why you read my fanfics. Right? I definitely didn't skip it because I wanted to get to the plot and not waste what would have been a really cringy throwaway chapter written from the perspective of a virgin. Definitely not!)

As we were walking out, I felt an unusually large amount of magicules begin to gather in the Hipokte Grass a few feet from where we were standing.

'It couldn't be...' I thought as a small swirl of magicules eventually materialized itself in the form of a gelatinous blue blob on the floor.

'[Athena], analyze that slime, I need to know what I am seeing.'

[The slime master is bearing witness to now is the one that individual Satoru Mikami would have been reincarnated into, had master not requested otherworldly reincarnation and travel been removed.]

'Can people still be summoned then? What about the Otherworlders from Falmuth?'

[Answer. Those heroes were summoned only a few days before your reincarnation, so the rule didn't apply then. From this point forward, until master dies or leaves this world, no otherworlder can be summoned or reincarnated here].

[Analyzing possibilities...]

[If master were to use the World Item: Ouroboros, to directly wish for the restoration of the previous system, then he would be able to break this limitation.]

'Yeah, I'm not doing that,' I said as I stepped forwards for a moment towards the creature. It seemed to be shivering, which I thought was interesting.

'Even though you aren't an otherworlder, you still seem to contain sentience?' I thought as I stood over it. It was probably my Aura leaking off of me that's giving this creature a sense of dread and death. I am such a large existence compared to this little one after all.

"Rimuru-sama! If this creature displeases you, then I shall get rid of it immediately!" Shalltear said as she stepped forward and held up her hand. Her pinkish nails sparked a bit as she passed magicules through them to increase their sharpness.

"There is no need, Shalltear. I want to test something." I looked down at the thing and put my hand on the top of its orb. '[Athena], Analyze possible evolutions for slimes.'

[Acknowledged. Analyzing...]

I picked up the creature and pulled it into my embrace like it was a cat or dog. 'It's kinda cute, plus its texture is fun to play around with. No wonder Shuna and Shion liked to carry around Rimuru even after he gained a humanoid form.'

[Analysis complete. Possible evolutions include; Slime King, Slime Queen, Demon Slime, Scavenger Slime, Preditor Slime, Elemental Slime, and Nureonago]

'What's the difference between them?'

[A Slime King and a Slime Queen are effectively the same species, but one is male and the other is female. Both are capable of creating hundreds or thousands of slime sub-units they can command and control. These slimes will never have a will of their own and will act as drones for the Royal Slime. Had individual Rimuru Tempest, from the original work, not had identified as a male while frequently using the body of a female, he would have become a Slime King or Slime Queen.]

'So if Shizue was a guy when he ate her, he would have become a Slime King, but because he ate and frequently mimicked a female body, he lost out?'

[Correct! A Demon Slime is a race of slime created when a Slime or Slime Royalty evolves into a True Demon Lord. They gain 10 times the magicule count, as all True demon Lords do, but they also gradually absorb magicules from their environment to make themselves stronger over time. They also have no limit to the number of Ultimate Skills they can obtain.]

'That makes sense. Not even a week after evolving, Rimuru had four Ultimate Skills where not even Dino, who was a Demon Lord for thousands of years, had even one Ultimate Skill in the original. I think Milim only had one as well, but she made up for it with [Magicule Breeder Reactor] being an Origin Skill'

[Scavenger Slimes are slimes that have been domesticated by humans to eat garbage, fecal matter, and other undesirable substances. They are completely harmless to sentient creatures but are indispensable to the sanitation and garbage systems of most towns and large villages. Scavenger Slimes can only evolve into Preditor Slimes.]

'Same as Solution and the other slimes from Yggdrasil. That could be useful...'

[Elemental Slimes are simply slimes with certain elemental attributes, such as magma slimes or poison slimes. While not as dangerous as the other monsters in the regions they inhabit, they pose a serious risk to any individual without elemental resistances or magic, as no physical attack is able to damage them]

'Basically the game-version of slime monsters then...'

[Finally, Nureonago is a unique slime named by individual Veldanava, as the pet of his spouse. It gained the Unique Skill [Stalker]. Due to it constantly spying on them, Veldanava eventually banished its existence to another world, where it became the basis of the Youkai myth Nure-Onago.]

'How cruel...' "Alright! I've decided! I'm keeping this girl! She'll be called... Kanade! I was always a fan of slime-type monster girls after all!" I say aloud as Kanade begins to glow a yellow light and her body swirls like the water in a washing machine.

'[Athena], use [Evolver] to make sure she becomes a Slime Queen and mark her with a Celestial Crest, to keep her from betraying me.'

[Affirmative... Error!]

[Magicule levels within individual Kanade too high for standard Queen Slime evolution. Processing possibilities...]

[Successful]

[Utilizing Unique Skill [Rule Breaker] alongside [Evolver] to create new unique species...]

[Successful]

[Individual Kanade has evolved into unique existence... Celestial Slime!]

'... If that were an option, why didn't you tell me?'

"L-lord Rimuru..." Aura said as Kanade continued evolving. I turned my head to the three women.

"Yes Aura?"

"D-do you prefer s-slime girls... like Solution?" She asked hesitantly.

I immediately realized I said that I was a fan of Slime Girls out loud and felt my face flush for a brief moment.

"It's not that I prefer them, I was just referencing an old dream about having a harem of all different types of monster girls... WAIT!" I said in a panic, realizing that with how fanatical my subordinates are, they would probably scower the globe to get at least one of each type of creating to be in a massive harem for me.

All Ainz said was that 'Taking over the world COULD be enjoyable' and the whole Tomb of Nazarcik mobilized to take over the world for their master. I definitely didn't want THAT level of misunderstanding to pop up.

I coughed to myself before regaining my bearings. "W-well that is just a little fantasy of mine. I don't intend to pursue it, nor do you have to. I would prefer to focus my attention on taking over the world if it was up to me."

"I see! Rimuru-sama has such grand and bold intentions!" Shalltear said as she began to breathe heavily. "I suppose I am one of the Vampires of this harem... Aura is one of the Dark Elves, Albedo, and the other succubi, Alice the Lamia, and even Artoria here is a Dragonoid! To think you've already begun your plan since before we arrived here! Sasuga Rimuru-sama!"

"Wai..."

"My body might not be much, but if it's master..." Artoria said blushing heavily as she looked down in shame. Small amounts of steam coming from her head.

"O-obviously! Haha... Of course! Rimuru-sama is a great man after all!" Aura said nervously as she began scratching the back of her head with a massive blush on her child-like face.

"N-no..." I began, but before I could clear up the misunderstanding, I heard a voice from behind me.

"Master Rimuru! I am grateful to be given such a name and purpose! As you have given such an order, I shall procure for you the finest women in existence! However, if it is my body you lust after, I shall serve you whenever possible and with the utmost vigor!" A beautiful voice sounded from behind me. She had beautiful transparent blue skin, red eyes, a large reg gem on her forehead. Blue tendrils and tentacles spewed out from all around her and waved back and forth fiercely. She was also completely naked.

'Ugh! Fine! You know what? Screw it! Yeah, I'll do it, I won't reject a massive harem of monster girls. I'll live the dream and rub it in every one of those otaku's faces back on earth!' I shouted in my mind.

[Notice! None of those 'Otaku's' can see nor hear you, master. Most of them were reincarnated by now due to your eight wish].

'...'

(3rd POV)

After getting back to the Palace, Rimuru quickly went back to his daily routine. It would be another month before he would meet the Goblins since that's when Rimuru canonically met them. If he went now, they would be unlikely to bend the knee to him, since it hadn't even been a day since Veldora disappeared and the Direwolves siege hadn't begun.

Little did he know, a meeting was taking place between all of the various Pillars, Seats, Overseers, and even the maids to discuss their lord's dream of monster girls and world domination plan.

Albedo even made use of her [Zealot] Unique Skill to slightly alter the personalities of the women in the room to make them all fanatical Gouderes as well. Demiurge, Cocytus, and Shiro even began to ponder about taking wives for themselves so that any daughters they have could be offered, but were stopped by Albdeo saying that Rimuru deserves better than women raised like cattle.

(A/N: A Goudere is like a yandere, but rather than being possessive, they seek to help the protagonist get a harem, so long as they are in it, usually as the 'main wife'. Yumina from the 'In Another World With A Smartphone' anime would be an example of this, constantly trying to get Touya's harem to become 'official wives'.)

As all of this was going on, around the world there were massive waves of panic.

Everyone, from the common merchant to the Dragon Lords had felt the massive tremor through the world that Veldora's sudden absence left. Some of the higher beings, such as the Demon Lords, had also felt a huge spike in Veldora's magicules shortly before his disappearance.

Those around since the age of Veldanava thought it was another incident of the Voice of the World killing off a True Dragon, since a sudden spike in Magicules before vanishing was all they felt during his death. Others, who knew nothing of the ancient legend, became unnerved and began to increase the defenses around their Jura Forest borders, fearing the centuries-old seal on the beast had finally broken and he was lying in wait, only to strike again at the last moment.

Majin all around the globe began preparing. Some wished to ingratiate themselves with the beast in hopes of receiving a boon or name, and began to carry out schemes in an attempt to garner the True Dragon's attention and favor. Others began to prepare to defend their home countries from a threat they knew they couldn't defeat, but many simply waited, for the coming tide was something they knew no one could stop, so why waste their efforts on a futile attempt.

A very small amount of Majin, however, saw the opportunity to improve their status, by taking over Veldora's home, strategically located within the center of the continent, rich in natural resources, and monster materials to exploit.

One of these few was a 'Demon Lord' by the name of Clayman, leader of the nation of Jirstav, Land of Puppets. He saw the opportunity to become even more fabulously wealthy and outrageously powerful. Perhaps he could even revive his old master with the secrets hidden in that Sea of Trees to the west, and so, he began to scheme.

(Rimuru POV)

It's been a month since I consumed Veldora. And my routine has been nothing short of busy ever since.

In the mornings, I wake up, usually with three or four women in my arms. After getting myself cleaned off by Kanade, I practice Spear Training in the morning with Scáthach for a few hours, followed by swordsmanship practice with Cocytus and Touya, who likes to practice with me.

After lunch, I visit Da Vinci who tutors me in Magecraft and other magics while I use [Parallel Operation] to simultaneously create new spells and read up on the information gathered by Demiurge and the others on the forest.

In the afternoon, I go over policy changes with the Overseers while receiving daily reports on how the other Seats and Pillars are doing. I have organized game nights and movie nights with them all, since even when they are 'relaxing' or 'off duty' they still like to hang around me, so I force them to relax while we all have fun.

In the evening, I go to my personal workshop, or I guess, our personal workshop since Da Vinci spends more time in there than me. I use this time to create numerous items and Runes. I've already created the Cleanliness, Vermin Bane, Keep Cool, Keep Warm, Stasis, and other runes useful for day-to-day life.

Cleanliness to keep things from getting dirty. It can be sewn into clothes to keep them from staining, etched into water storage tanks to keep the fluids clean, or even placed into the foundations of a house to auto-vacuum, dust, and clean dirt, debris, and trash.

Vermin Bane can keep bugs, parasites, rodents, and other unwanted unintelligent creatures from entering an area, effectively keeping crops safe, homes pest-free, and powerlines safe.

Keep Cool and Keep Warm effectively allow for the creation of massive feasts of food while not letting anything go spoil. Never again will I have to worry about my ice-cream melting...

Stasis keeps food and other perishable items locked in time, effectively keeping them fresh so long as they are wrapped in bags with the rune on them. It could also keep things fresh and safe for deliveries, which could allow for more restaurants in my cities to deliver in the future.

The reasoning for this, is so that when I finally emerge from Tempest, we will have extremely high-quality goods that can be used for trade along with the ridiculous amounts of raw resources within the forest, while also creating a huge Runecraft industry that no other country can match. If we can out-compete every country in every sector, then when I take them over and bring these benefits to the people, they will welcome me with open arms.

Back on topic, after spending hours doing that, I finally return to my personal chambers for a bath and rest. It's usually, during this time, that the women of my harem make a move. The first day was Shalltear and Albedo. The next was Alice, Kanade, and Lilith. After that, the girls kept cycling in and out, usually two to three per day.

I don't normally have to sleep, given my god-like race, but even I feel tired after f*cking a succubus into submission. That's another thing. I guess when Rob made this world based on the anime versions of the media I watched, she also including 'hentai logic' since I don't think I've ever heard of women cumming themselves into unconsciousness before in real life, but maybe that's just me.

I also gained an extra skill called [Sex God], after forcing Albedo to pass out. Didn't even have to create that one, just got it from the Voice of the World. So there's that.

...

Yesterday was a bit tense, since, somehow, Kaval and his party were able to wonder past the defensive barriers by mistake and make there way to Veldora's sealing cave. Of course, since there was a massive Palace sitting above it, they were spooked and tried to leave, but a little magic to make them forget seeing it, was all that it took before sending them on their way.

It was a good thing I decided to take a break from my workshop that day, because Albedo was trying to magically enslave Eren for some reason, but I convinced them that letting them go with memory wiping magic would be more beneficial, since other humans might come looking for the,. Fortunately, or perhaps unfortunately, I was able to persuade them, but the time has come for me to make my appearance to the Goblins and deal with the Direwolf problem.

The same day kaval's party entered the cave was the same day Rimuru met the goblins in canon.

Currently I am sitting on my throne, looking at the mirror of remote viewing, watching as the Direwolf leader, Ranga's father, makes his speech about taking over the forest. Its super dumb though, since normal direwolves would be decimated by the Ogres or Lizardmen and the only real race in the forest that they can bully are the goblins.

'Guess its time to move out.' I think before standing and using [Thought CommunicationEX] to talk to Demiurge and Albedo.

'*Demurige. Albedo. I'm going out. I'll take Rory and Esdeath as protection. I think I'm going to start my plan with subjugating the goblins nearby. There is some experiments I would like to do with them after all.*'

'*GOBLINS!?! Lord Rimuru! Such weak creatures are not fit to walk the ground you've glanced at, much less walked on! If you wish, I shall drop everything immediately and bring you their corpses for you to study!*' Albedo responds.

Ever since she gained her [Zealot] Unique Skill, Albedo has been the one to treat me the most like a god. She seems to think that everything I do is holy. If I still excreted, she would probably save that excrement for some type of holy artifact.

You may think that that's gross and I am exagerating, but she has been caught getting into fights with Greyfia over trying to steal the scraps of food off my plates after my meals. I knew she wasn't mentally sane, but now she is simply unhinged.

Thankfully, after a few nightly sessions, she seems to have calmed down. That, or she just got so good at her stalker behavior that she's undetectable.

Please, for the love of Rob, be the first option.

'*I must agree with Lady Albedo, Rimuru-sama. It is most unpleasant to see you waste your time on such trivial maters or bother yourself with such lowly creatures.*' Demiurge responed.

'*As much as I enjoy your sentiment, I am the one who wishes to conquer the world. If I simply sit on my throne all day and never go out, my future subjects will think of me as a coward, or worse, a puppet.*'

'*THEY WOULDN'T DARE!!!*' Albedo yelled.

'*Enough! I have made my decision. Albedo, you have become unhinged lately. I placed you in your position as one of my right hands because of your skills and devotion, but if you continue to defy me you will be replaced.*' I say sturnly.

'*R-... Understood, Lord Rimuru. I deeply apologize for my recent behavior.*'

'*Your forgiven. Since you feel so strongly about this, you may accompany me as well.*'

'*REALLY!*" She yells before beginning to breath so deeply that I feel she may eventually pass out from lack of oxygen.

'*Then I shall arrive momentarily!*' She states as a portal opens to my right and she walks through.

'*Demiurge, I leave you in charge of Tempest while I am away. Let no one so much as harm a blade of grass while I am away. If necessary, use Shiroe and Da Vinci's abilities to solidify the defence.*'

'*Understood!*'

"Now lets of get our resident Ice Queen" I say as Albedo giggles to herself while walking behind me.

...

I came upon Esdeath while she was training. She was currently weightlifting with comically large sized weights. Each set or weights looked as big as a car, but what shocked me was that she looked like she was doing fine, not even breaking a sweat. She was so into her training that she didn't notice us enter.

"Esdeath. You are in Rimuru-sama's presence!" Albedo called from the doorway.

Esdeath immediately turn towards me with a large smile on her face. She tossed the bus sized weighs over her shoulder and appeared before me, bowing on one knee before it even hit the ground.

*BANG!*

"Rimuru-sama! How may I be of assistance?"

"I am going to see a group of goblins in a few minutes. I wanted to run some experiments on them, but I require you to come with me. None of the others would let me step outside without protection after all." I say pointing with my thumb towards Albedo.

*Gasp!*

"Rimuru-sama is pointing at me!" Albedo said to herself.

'Was it a bad idea for me to take Albedo? She's really hot in the anime, but in real life, she is just too much.' I think to myself beforelooking down at Esdeath.

"I-if I may be so bold... are you planing to kill them all?"

"Not unless they don't bow to me. Why?"

"Weakness is an unforgivable sin, and goblins are the weakest of the weak. Newborn children are harder to kill. I believe they should be exterminated like the pests they are."

"While it may be true that weakness is a sin, it is also true that without the weak, the strong couldn't survive. You are stronger than the maids here, yet you can't cook a decent meal to save your life." I say obviously joking to her lack of skill. "Besides, you rely heavily on a sword for battle. Lisbeth doesn't have any combat abilities, though without her, neither you nor anyone else in Tempest would be able to repair your weapons if they are damaged or broken."

She immediately blushes in shame and lowers her head. She didn't think of it like that, that the strong rely on the weak to stay strong.

"Besides, if we killed all the weak people in the world, then the weakest of the strong becomes weak themselves with no one below them to compare to, so we can't just eliminate them for that reason alone."

"I see. I shall accompany you!" She says.

"Very well, I was planning to get Rory, but since Albedo is already our Axe wielding tank, I guess we don't need to."

I turn to Albedo before opening a Gate to right outside the Goblin village.

"Lets go. The sight will disappoint you, but try not to kill them on their first. They can't help being weak, but being weak and staying weak are two different things. Let us see which these lowly beings will become."

...

We walk out of the Gate and are immediately met with the sight of a small goblin troupe. They wear battered and torn cloths and carry rusty and dull iron weapons.

Esdeath almost immediately lundges at them, but I put my hand in front of her to stop her advance.

"S-strong ones. Do you have business here?" The leader looking one says.

"As a matter of fact I do, however, that is for me to know and for you to find out?"

"S-strong one. I am sorry for the rudeness but... can you come with us back to our camp?"

"These creatures dar-" Albedo began before I use my hand to gesture to her to remain silent.

"Very well, but my time is limited. I do hope this will be brief."

The goblin leader nods cautiously and begins to lead us to the village. We are immediately the talk of the village as all the green skinned creatures gather around in wonder at the three gorgeous and powerful people who have entered the village.

I am led to the village chiefs house, where they give the whole song and dance about being harrassed by Direwolves. I can sense Esdeath griping her hands so tightly she begins to bleed as they beg us for salvation. Oddly enough, Albedo seems sadistically pleased that the oblins are grovelling at my feet.

"So, say I save you from this perdiciment. What do I get out of it?" I ask.

"W-we... we will give you our loyalty!" The old goblin states.

I simply look at him before visibly sighing. "Very well, however note this in your minds. This will be the one and onlytime I will ever fight your battles for you. If you are to work for me, you are to become strong enough to at least defend yourselves. Do I make myself clear?"

Esdeath still looks a bit dissatisfied, but nods in agreement.

"Y-yes, great one!"

"As much as I like being called 'Great One,' I have a name. Its Rimuru Tempest." I say as I get up. "Now take me to your wounded."

"Right this way Great Rimuru!" The old man said as we were lead to the only other decent looking shack in the village. Inside were a half dozen heavily injured goblins strewn about, all with deep and fatal cuts.

"Lets get this over with. Centuple Maximize Magic: {Grand Healing}" I say as light green magic circles appeared above the heads of all of the Goblins. A soothing green light shone from it and instantly healed the injured Goblins, who were now no longer shivering from the pain of their wounds.

After giving all of the Goblins time to get over their awe and for Albedo to gloat to herself, I turned to the gathered crowd.

"Next, I want you all to gather your belongings. After I defeat them, you all are going to move to my settlement."

"Yes!" They all say before running around in a frenzy, gathering their things to move out as soon as the battle is over.

...

The sun is setting and Albedo is conversing with the Village's Goblinas about something in hushed wishpers while Esdeath stands by my side.

I raise my hand to the sky and conjure a Bounded Field around the village. This bypasses the need for the wall that OG Rimuru built, since this one can withstand attacks for all magic below the 7th Tier. Only the Kijin could pull of magic at that level, and that was with all of their time and concentration.

"Esdeath. I am planing on taming these wolves, but to do that, I need you to make sure none escape. Even roaches are hard to squash when they scatter in different directions." I say, allowing Esdeath to grin a bit.

"Very well, Rimuru-sama."

*Awwwwwoooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh!*

A howling comes from the distance as the sun finally falls past the horizon and twilight begins to fade. At the top of a nearby hill, the direwof alpha made his appearance, followed by 30 or more wolves.

The goblins all began to shiver in worry behind me, but they were reassured by the transparent red energy shield around their village.

'*What is this!?! A human, no two humans and a succubus! She must be their familiar! No mater, no human is enough to challenge us! Tear them to shreads!*' the alpha commanded, as a dozen wolves ran towards the barrier, only to be stopped and electrocuted as red lightning shot from the barrier striking the nearest wolf before arcing to the next. The shock isn't fatal, but enough to leave them knocked out. I didn't want to kill them since they were my future pets after all, but I needed to kill the alpha, so I began provoking him.

"Whats this? Are the direwoves I've heard so much about really so easy to take down? Perhaps incompetent leadership is to blame. In stead of being led by an alpha, you seen to be lead by a beta pretending to be an alpha. Since this is the case, I shall take pitty on you this once." I say casually before changing to a more sinister tone. "Submit now or die."

'*Arrogance! You think a little barrier magic is enough to stop us!?! I will also not let your insults slide! Come out of your hiding hole and face me coward!*' The alpha yelled as he charged towards me at full speed.

'*Father!*'

I stepped out of the barrier just as the alpha reached it. He jumped, snarling, saliva bellowing off his yellow fangs as this beast quickly approached my face with intent to rip out my throat. Unfortunately for him, even if he ripped out my throat, with my racial skill [Infinite Regeneration], that level of injury isn't possible to kill me, not that I would even give him the chance.

In less time than it takes to blink, I rose my fist from my side and casually puched the alpha in the face, exploding its brain and skull fragments all over my fist and paining the surrounding 50 or so meters in the direction of my fist red with his blood.

I could feel Esdeath shivering for a moment before a 100 meter tall wall of ice shot up, entrapping the wolves inside it with me.

Both the goblins and the direwolves looked extremely confused, but the wolves quickly all realized that they were trapped in here with me.

"I find it boorish to repeat myself..." I say, releasing a fraction of my overwhelming aura. It felt like I was giving off a wave of Conquerours Haki from One Piece, as lightning and waves of pressure began to pour off of me. Some of the Goblins even faint.

"I. Said. Submit." I say with an almost demonic voice. Albedo is calmly looking at this display with a slight smile on her face, while Esdeath too is smirking at the thought of making this whole pack of wolves submit with my presence alone.

The wolves, somehow, slowly approach me while their heads stay low to the ground as though they were going to pounce.

'*WE SUBMIT!!!*' the wolf with a star on ifs forehead yells.
