"Well, you could start watching anime here with me to pass some time," Itazura said.
*BEEP* *BEEP* Truck Kun asked,
which meant "Which anime should we watch first?"
"Hm...how about we watch One Punch Man?" Itazura suggested.
[A/N: For those who are wondering about Diablo getting worried sick about not finding Itazura, don't worry, because as soon as Itazura left that world, he made sure to stop "time" there and made it completely isolated from the rest of the universe. As, what if there were being like Zeno who want to erase the universe just because they could and the Tensura Verse gets caught up in it? (This might happen as this isn't the original Tensura Verse)... Well you might think that Itazura can just recreate them if they did get caught up in it, but why not just protect them if he could?]
After watching the two seasons of One Punch Man, Truck Kun asked
*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*, which meant "What about the promise you made to Saitama?"
'Hmm...ya I guess I should hold my end of the deal as well, which is about making 'King' obsessed with being a hero,' Itazura thought.
"King... will he become braver after knowing that he can become stronger through physical training?..... That means he wouldn't get his chance to use his King Engine, but a 'King' without King Engine isn't a 'King'...Hmm... let's make it that King Engine (basically King's heartbeat, which has an effect to intimidate most people) would come into play whenever he is getting ready to fight a battle (basically the same as rumours created by the people in the original One Punch Man series). Now, let's make sure that he gets bald as he grows stronger (for fun) and, as for his compensation for making him hold the proud title of (With great strength comes great hair loss) I will make sure that his IQ won't drop after his power reaches the peak of Saitama's strength....done!" Itazura finished his murmuring and Truck Kun who heard this nodded his head.

*BEEP* *BEEP* Truck Kun asks, which meant "Wait, doesn't that mean Saitama will lose several points in his IQ after he gets to his peak form?"
Itazura chuckles and replies "Yes, Truck Kun, Saitama forgot to make a wish about making sure that his IQ won't drop when he gets to his peak form, well you don't have to worry about it, just watch the show...Envelope Kun off you go"
Truck Kun nods his head as he watched Itazura create an envelope and send it out of a portal.

Currently in Itazura's modified MHA world,
Our great hero Saitama started his new life by getting spanked by a nurse...even though he made sure to cry as soon as he was 'born'. Well, after some twists and turns baby Saitama ended up being named Saitama and also ended up beside his twin little brother Izuku who didn't cause any trouble as he was just born and slept peacefully.
Time Skip(After 4 years)
Currently, in a park, Izuku looked at his older brother and said in a childish voice "Oni-san I can't wait to find out about the quirk we will awaken today. Mom said that about an hour from now she will take us to the doctor, that checks what quirk we awakened "
Just as Saitama was about to reply, a classic 'envelope' came slamming into his face. Saitama pulls out that classic 'envelope' plastered on his face only to read the words written on the envelope cover "Kid drop me in 1 sec or something you would regret will happen....."
Saitama's mouth twitched after he read this and thought 'What does it even mean by (me)? A living envelope? and why do I feel like this was specially specified to me?'
Saitama doesn't drop it immediately as who would believe life-changing things will happen if he doesn't drop an envelope? After 1 sec passed, Saitama's arms start moving on their own which freaked out Saitama, he tried to regain control but he just couldn't control them and his arms went ahead to open up the envelope's seal only to find a page with something written on it. One of his arms pointed towards the paper as if saying 'Kid if you don't read that you ain't getting your hands back'
Saitama's lips twitched after which, he pulled out that paper and started reading internally,
'Sigh if you are reading this then you must have not dropped Envelop Kun. Well, congratulation on successfully stopping your IQ from dropping when you reach your peak. Your reward would have ended here if you dropped Envelope Kun. But, as you didn't drop Envelop Kun you are (rewarded) with some extra (bonuses) which are as follows:
1. Congratulations, you have successfully inherited all the funny reactions of a self-proclaimed, hero for fun!
2. Passive ability: I shall use my funny reactions in any situation possible for the (greater good).

After Saitama completed reading (internally) the paper got burnt and disappeared while the envelope just got carried away by the wind.
Izuku who witnessed this started to speak, "Uhm..Oni-s-", but just as Izuku was about the ask about the event that had just taken place, he stopped with his eyes wide open after seeing his brother's (unique) reaction.
(Saitama's reaction)--------------->
" *childish giggle* oni-san you look funny," Izuku said.
Saitama just looks at Deku with another one of his (unique) reactions.

Izuku who saw this pouts and says "Mou, oni-san even I can make some changes to my face."
Izuku immediately transforms his expression into All Might's vinegar stung face.
(Deku's reaction)------------------->
"Mom, look! Those kids look funny" the Random kid said to his Mom while pointing his finger toward Saitama's and Deku's (unique) reaction.
" *Giggle* yes they look funny.," Random kids Mom said.
Saitama started sweating while thinking 'Does getting that inheritance of all those funny reactions mean that my handsome face would be gone and get replaced with my future self (without Truck Kun's intervention) lame look? but...with hair??'

[A/N:Yup, good luck with that bro and for those who haven't noticed it, in the letter Itazura mentions that as long as Saitama dropped Envelope Kun he would have gained the reward of not getting his IQ dropped after reaching his peak form and be done with it. So, he messed himself up]

"Hahaha that was so funny" Itazura laughed after he witnessed what Saitama and Izuku had just done.
*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* Trick Kun laughed.

Alarms suddenly go off,
"Au-Author, what's happening?" 4th wall kun asked anxiously.
"An anomaly has been detected in Universe 119147, someone's luck has reached a whopping value of 9000..." Author replied
4th wall Kun: Ha?
"Some-Someone know as King, has his luck value reached to 9000 and with some twist and turns of an event he somehow ended up getting that Universe MC's main ability..." The Author shuddered while replying.
*BOOM* The luck indicator machine broke.
"His..his luck is over 9000!!!" Both Author and 4th wall Kun exclaimed.
