"We have evidence," I said.

Ronald scowled and stared at me. A little later, he chuckled. "I don't know if you are a real detective, but I think you will have a challenging time with this case. In addition to her childhood, you have no other proof. My word alone isn't enough to convict Aria of anything."

"I think we're done."

I turned to Bella and Kaycee, who were both smiling at me. Even Ronald glanced at the two of them before returning his gaze to me. Later, Sir Eduard came to see us. He looked at Ronald, then at the three of us.

"They are my junior detectives," Sir Eduard told Ronald. The man did not say a word. "Men, come here!" he called his team.

Chloe, Benedict, Carlos, and Matteo all came over right away. We did not leave our place. We were standing around the living room, just across from where Ronald was seated. He was only watching us.

"So, have you solved the puzzle in this case?" Sir Eduard inquired.
