Start Again

Evo's POV

"Zoey?" Evo asked, frowning.

The next day, I smiled as if I were in a positive mood as I parked my car in the school parking lot. When I got out of the car, I was surprised when someone grabbed the back of my head and turned me sideways, then quickly bent over and kissed me. It was an incredibly passionate kiss. I grimaced and seized the pair of arms encircling my throat. I was surprised when I saw Zoey. I couldn't read or hear what she was thinking, so I was surprised when she kissed me so suddenly. I didn't expect to kiss her in public, which she had never done before.

"Hey, babe! Good morning!" Zoey said, smiling.

"Babe?" I let go of her hand. "What are you saying? We're not "babes."

"Zoey, that was a great shot." Winona even showed the girl the photo on her phone.

I quickly looked and saw Winona had posted it in their online gazette.

"Why did you do that?" I inquired before taking Winona's phone.
