Bella's Past

Evo's POV

"I'm on my way. I'll get there in a minute."

The days went by fast. Even though Eduard had cases to handle, he didn't need our help, so Bella and Kaycee had time to teach me when I pulled into the parking lot of an isolated area. It was a not-so-big gym. There are two motorcycles parked there. I smiled as I saw Kaycee's bike. I hope she's genuinely okay now. I looked at the area, and the two girls were not there. I heard Kaycee's mind screaming, panting, and gasping for air.

I frowned and started walking toward the entrance, where I heard noises inside. I carefully opened the door and saw the two women exchanging kicks and punches as they threw themselves at each other. Their screams and pants echoed throughout the entire area. I watched them, and I couldn't help but be amazed at how fast they moved. I couldn't believe these two amazing women would teach me how to protect myself.
