''That old goat really did reincarnate me into another world.....'' A tall youth with broad shoulders, long straight golden hair falling down nearly to his waist with no curls said with a grin on his face.

His golden eyes shone bright as if they were adjusting to a new body, Liu Feng stood up from the big bed and walked towards the mirror that hung next to a closet.

''This room is bigger than my apartment....'' The youth smiled while looking at the mirror, his golden eyes were slowly losing their glow and only a little amount remained which still made them look extraordinary.

When the youth saw his own appearance in the mirror, a sharp pain ran through his head and quickly grabbed it while closing his eyes and enduring the pain.

After a minute the pain started to subside and a huge amount of information entered his head.

He was found in the wild by Ye Mo who adopted him and named him Ye Feng, he took the new-born baby and let the servants raise him while he was exploring the outside world for Glory City.

''So, this really is the 'Tales of Demons and Gods' world''

Ye Feng sat back on his bed and looked outside the open window, the sun was coming up and he had to get ready for his job.

Protect Ye Ziyun in school, that was what he was raised for in the Ye Family Household.

Although the old Ye Feng had to protect her, he could barely be called her equal despite being half a year older than her.

Although he felt some pity for the old man, Ye Feng had never considered himself a saint in the first place.

He helped those he wanted to help, if he didn't want to, he wouldn't.

''That old goat said he would put me in the original time-line and not the second time-line where Nie Lie reincarnated so that is one worry off my shoulders''

''Mmm, this outfit is almost the same as that Mu Ye guy from the Manga'' Ye Feng said as he wore his clothes.

Ye Feng suddenly heard someone knocking on the front door of the building and opened the door.

An average girl in maid uniform looked at Ye Feng and said, ''The Young Lady wants to go a bit earlier today, get ready''

With that said, the maid turned around and left since Ye Feng barely talked and she didn't expect an answer.

Over the years, he had gotten an allowance of 20.000 Demon Spirit Coins a month which was quite a decent sum of money for direct descendants of one of the 3 Major Families in Glory City.

Ye Feng opened the safe and a Spatial Ring was quietly laying inside the safe, he took the ring out and covered the safe again.

''Luckily I got the memories of when the body worked on itself and remember how to use Soul Power'' Ye Feng said with a sigh of relief while checking the Spatial Ring.

''1.420.000 Demon Spirit Coins, I only got an allowance since I was 8 years old so that is about right'' Ye Feng nodded while walking outside of his house.

Ye Feng walked across the garden and couldn't help but feel the excitement kicking from being in another world, the artificial ponds, the beautiful plants, the calming atmosphere, the fresh air.

Ye Feng arrived at the front of the City Lord Manor and waited in a quiet corner for Ye Ziyun to cross.

Although he was her bodyguard, they barely talked, only when she wanted to go to the market to buy something.

Besides that, there wasn't much interaction which was quite normal considering the past Ye Feng only said a few words a week and that was only when someone asked him something!

'Luckily I got a few Soul Crystals which I can test my Soul Form on, Nie Lie got a lot of money from his Pill Receipts but there is no way he got those from the Draconic Realm so.....'

Glory City was the last remaining City for the humans according to people from Glory City themselves, although there were other human shelters, they weren't as big as Glory City.

How many historical Cultivation Methods were in Glory City that weren't deciphered yet?!

In dangerous situations, people would only take the most precious things with them and currently, Glory City would probably an endless amount of Cultivation Methods that they couldn't decipher due to understanding the language.

Ye Feng shrugged his shoulders and knew now wasn't the time to begin a conversation and just followed behind her but closer than normally.

It only took them a few minutes to reach the school gates and they went into the classroom, Ye Feng's seat was behind Ye Ziyun and the 'little twerp from the 3 Major Families', also named Shen Yue.
