The room looked luxurious and it had its own shower stall, but I didn't care, I was already used to living in such rooms.

I lay down on the bed and began to think about many things, in particular, I was interested to find out what abilities Christian and Lisa have.

After humanity was able to find out the way to form the etheric core, another problem came… No body of the three races is able to develop the full potential of the etheric core, the body of a magician simply could not withstand the entire load of etheric energy.

In search of an answer to the solution of this question, all races took up and in the end a solution was invented. A special "Coat of Arms" tattoo was applied to the body of a magician with an ethereal core, this coat of arms gave a random ability to the magician, instead of developing all the abilities of the ethereal core, the magician developed the ability that the coat of arms gave. The ability you get was random, you could have been lucky and you would have developed a combat ability, for example, the creation of ethereal fire, or a more practical ability, for example, the ability to teleport, or pass through walls.

The Coat of arms suppressed all the power from the ethereal core and redirected it into this "Coat of Arms" thereby improving the strength of the magician.

You could still strengthen your body with ether, but this strengthening was not as strong as that of a magician without a coat of arms.

Each family tried to hide what ability they got.

What kind of power did I get? Well it's a pretty practical ability…

And so the whole day flew by unnoticed.
