Chapter 100: Shopping on the Street

Jian Yining carried several boxes of seafood in his left hand and some instant snacks and fruits in his right hand, originally intended for Shadow. However, upon seeing Sheng Hanyu, the smile on his face immediately disappeared.

Sheng Hanyu puckered his lips towards the opposite side, "My place is too noisy; I had no choice but to seek some quiet here at yours."

Jian Yining casually placed the items in his hands on the coffee table without picking up Sheng Hanyu's cue and said to Shadow, "Shadow, why don't you go to my place since he's staying here? My mother really likes you; these past days she's been wondering why you haven't visited her, feeling quite bored at home without anyone to talk to... Shall we leave right now?"

He wasn't usually impatient, but this time he was exceedingly so.

Without waiting for Shadow to agree, he grabbed her hand and rushed out.
