I will End Runtown!

Queen-Star Hotel and suites {4:02 pm}

Alex walked briskly into the luxurious hotel, he kept on marvelling at both it's external and internal beauty. He was donned in his casual black German suit, which gave him the gentleman's look and vibes. He adjusted his red tie and walked towards the receptionist's post.

The receptionist was a blonde dressed in a stylish blue gown. They exchanged greetings for a while.

Alexander: "I'm here for a meeting with Mr Andrew Peters"

Receptionist: "Oh, room 106" she calmly replied.

"Thanks" he nodded and walked away.

Alexander opened the entrance door to room 106 and walked in, without even knocking. He thought of it as a waste of time.

Eventually, Andrew was on the bed, 'making-out' with a dark skinned lady. Alex could still hear her soft moans when they noticed him and quickly stopped whatever they were doing.

Andrew arranged the blue blanket covering them and sat up shamefully, though the lady didn't care. "Can you please give us a minute" Andrew said to the lady, as she kept on 'pestering' him for more. She nodded in the affirmative, feeling defeated and walked out.

"Do you expect me to apologize for spoiling the fun?" Alex asked, after noticing the stern look Andrew shot at him.

"You said to meet you here at 4 o'clock, I didn't expect you to be having fun"

"I'm listening" He added, without giving Andrew a chance to speak.

"Dude chill, why do you even crave for Runtown this much?" Andrew asked.

"That's none of your business, I got the job done, now uphold your own part of the deal!" Alex replied bluntly, he was getting pissed.

"Where can I find Runtown?" He added.

Andrew sighed. "There's a banquet at San Francisco tonight, 8:oopm"

"Runtown's holding it in honour of Damien Page, his new Ally in the business, he'll be there" Andrew further explained.

"Where in San Francisco is it holding?"

"Airiel's hall of solitude" Andrew replied.

Alex nodded positively, notifying that he got the info.

"Anything else I should know?"

"Nah, you're a trained mercenary, you're supposed to be prepared for anything, so good luck!" Andrew concluded.

Alex stood up and walked out, not saying another word to Andrew.

Airiel's Hall Of Solitude,

San Francisco,

8:14 PM.

The hall was clearly hot that evening, the sound of the jazz music filled the halls. Waiters moved to and fro, taking orders. Different kinds of food dishes were arranged on top of the dozens of tables, each occupied by citizens of great personality, especially when it comes to financial terms.

Of course the banquet was filled with highly rich and influential people, no commoner could enter this hall without the VIP ticket. The bouncers outside made sure of that.

The dance floor was filled with ladies and gentlemen dressed in colorful gowns and suits, dancing slowly to the rythm.

On the upper floor, Runtown walked near the iron poles holding up the stairs, he stared down on the feast below and smiled to himself. He was dressed in his casual priestly robe, a black hat, and of course a red scarf. He sipped from the whiskey in the glass cup he was holding.

Just then, Runtown saw two of his guards leading Damien Page, a man clad in a white suit towards him.

Runtown grinned widely as they climbed up the stairs. "Brother" he spread out his arms, pulling Damien in for a hug. Damien hugged the kingpin tightly.

"I'm Pleased to meet you finally in person, Runtown"

"I've heard a lot about you in the 'business'"

"I'm honoured" "Let's go join the feast then" Runtown replied.

They both walked down the stairs together, chatting as they went.

Just outside the hall, the four bouncers at the entrance door stopped a man dressed in a black jacket and jeans.

"Tickets please" The first bouncer said.

Alex, the man, smirked, and the next thing....Pa! Pa!

He accurately shot them down with two of his pistols he just pulled out from his back.

The music was so loud that they couldn't hear the gunshots from inside.

Inside the hall...

Runtown signalled to the DJ to stop the music so he could address the crowd.

"Brothers, sisters, we are gathered here today to strengthen our alliance, and to celebrate a cause....."

Pa! Pa! Pa!

Runtown's speech was stopped by the gunshots which dominated the hall.

Everyone turned to the direction they heard it from.

There were four large doors inside the hall, Alex walked through the large door at the left corner, after confirming that the guards at that post were dead.

"How you doin' Runtown? Long time no see!"

"Remember this face?" Alex smirked.
