After All That Happened

One Week After.

After the Decimation of the Sakurakoku Royal Capital, the Chimera Master from the 'Thunder Mist Mountains', Yakujin, decided to legitimate herself as the ruler over the Land itself.

During times of change, she began to receive many challenges to govern her new domain, as many began to oppose her claim over her government.

Due to constant threats, Yakujin believed she should protect all of her prized things in the 'Thorned Mountains', including that one prize of hers which came in the form of a boy with Special Blood.

Thus, the 'Thorned Mountains' that once was a wasteland became a huge fortress made from bones and blood, protected with many mystical protections against outside threats.

[ Thorned Mountains' Fortress. ]

" To think the 'Thorned Mountains' had these things within their place? " Akafushi asks as she and the Black Merchant is visiting Shiro, recovering inside a coccoon made from Silk.

" The 'Coccoon of the Kagimushi'. " Black Merchant responds.

" This cocoon is made from the name of the Chimera Master that once ruled this Nation before you and your master came... "

" Do you remember the name, Bishoku? " Black Merchant asks.

" Bishoku!? " Akafushi was struck by lightning, recognizing that very name.

" The Kagimushi Moth Beetle Chimera...? " Akafushi asks, remembering who Bishoku is.

Bishoku, the Kagimushi Moth Chimera Master. She is known to be the first thing both Yakujin and Akafushi encounter after being transported to this Realm by the Gates.

In her Chimera Form, Bishoku had a large gigantic moth-like body, covered in iridescent silk-like scales that reflect the colors of the moon. Her wings are expansive and ethereal, resembling those of a Luna Moth but larger and more intricate. Like a Jewel Beetle, Bishoku's eyes are multifaceted giving her an otherworldly and mesmerizing appearance.

Back then, right after they were transported, she first visited them in her human form but immediately changed as they knew how powerful both of them were.

"( Back then Master Yakujin immediately killed her with her 'Thundercould Strike's. )"

"( Killing her rampageously in an instant. )"

"( Back then, I also wondered if the Sakurakoku Nation's previous ruling Chimera Master was that weak, but... )"

"( I guess strength and destruction is not what her power is focused at... )" Akafushi says while seeing the coccon Black Merchant said to be made from the Ex-Chimera Master's parts.

" I found her corpse, still fresh even after hundred years past... "

" Still prospering the nature around her. for her restoration powers are that incredible, hence... "

" The reason why the Sakurakoku humans once worshipped and adored her before you both came and disrupted the very order... " Black Merchant teases while Akafushi is ashamed when hearing this.

"( Hope Master didn't hear this... )" she says while looking at Shiro in the coccoon.

" By the way... " Black Merchant suddenly mentions.

" I mentioned the 'Pills' I gave him during my barrier, right? " he asks.

" Yes...? " Akafushi responds.

" Oh, about that... "

" Those pills very ingredient are also the corpse I used to made this Coccoon too. "

" So, now your Shiro here is being recovered with the power of the Sakurakoku Nation's previous Chimera Master. " Black Merchant tells Akafushi.

" Interesting, isn't it? " Black Merchant asks while Akafushi could only feel ashamed of this.

" Master's going to hear this, isn't she? " she says with the lowest tone she could utter.

" I heard that, my fox ears are sensitive! " Yakujin says that loud from afar, she hears the whole ordeal while lazily sleeping around with her new beautiful and dazzling humanoid form.

" Tch, Bishoku, huh? " Yakujin felt disgusted as she rested, she was currently in her free time hence she visited this place.

" So that insect had that talent and history the entire time, curses... "

" I should've not killed her, then. " Yakujin regrets killing her predecessor, realizing she did a waste of things she should've never done in her life.

( Times Later. )

" Shiro is not waking up? " Yakujin asks Akafushi while preparing her leave.

" He is still injured badly after... " Akafushi tried to tell her, but Yakujin could only sigh in her disappointment.

" Guess despite his talents, he's still a child after all. "

" Humans, gifted with one advantage, always come with many weaknesses. " Yakujin says to herself, realizing she will need more patience in the future, something she hates most.

" I'm leaving, Akafushi. "

" Just inform me when he woke up. " Yakujin storms out, using her Thunder ability, she flashes away from the very Fortress followed by the sound of Thunder.

* Rain falls. *

Akafushi sighs patiently seeing her Master's attitude.

" She's planning on 'devouring' him..., didn't she? " Akafushi asks as she retreats inside.

( Meanwhile. )

Shiro is being recovered inside a cocoon.

After many times he's in, he still doesn't wake up.

Not because the recovery failed, but because Shiro's very consciousness is simply...

Not there.

...

" Hey brat! " a voice calls Shiro.

* Shiro opens his eyes. *

" Uhh... " Shiro opened it and looked around, seeing himself in the floor of blood.

" Where am... " Shiro wonders as he remembers that he was being hugged by Yakujin as she made him engulfed with light.

" Your Master, Yakujin is currently taking care of your body. "

" While your Soul, is here... "

" Within my very Realm, little mouse... " a voice says to him, which Shiro sees its source, seeing three large dragon heads looking at him.

" You're... " Shiro suprised.

" Yeah, it's me, brat. "

" It's me, Azi Dahaka... "

" You are now seeing a fraction of incomplete self... " 

" And thanks to you, if you didn't know... " Azi Dahaka tells him.

" We are now bound together, thanks to that 'Merchant'... " Azi Dahaka explains to Shiro, still confused.

Shiro shows Azi Dahaka a confused face, it annoyed him.

" Your face, you seemed so confused why you're here, slippery little bastard? " Azi Dahaka asks.

" Was it you who took me here? " Shiro asks him back.

" Nah, I didn't... " Azi Dahaka tell him.

" I even just realized you were here minutes earlier, wondering how is it possible you infiltrate this domain of mine... "

" What did you just do, boy? " Azi Dahaka asks as Shiro doesn't know how he entered in the first place.

" I don't..., know... " Shiro shakes his head in his confusion.

" But can you take me back...? " Shiro asks.

" Really, Kid? " Azi Dahaka's eyes then glow red and then he roars his very last breath of destruction, a blast Shiro evaded quickly.

" You came here without my permission and now you're asking me to let you leave! "

" I've been so annoyed on seeing you, why should I do that instead of just killing you right now!? " Azi Dahaka asks as Shiro runs evading all of it.

With his body, Shiro evades so slippery that Azi Dahaka has trouble aiming.

" *Cough* okay, enough! " Azi Dahaka rests as he begins to get dizzy after trying to aim at the boy.

" You want to get out of here, yes...? " Azi Dahaka asks which Shiro stops running as he also gets tired.

" *PANT* *PANT* "

" I'm tired, I haven't run in ages... "

" Really? " Azi Dahaka comments after seeing how he runs.

" Well, aren't you that fast? " he asks Shiro while confused about his 'insane speed', something that annoyed him for he can't track him during the blasting effort.

" Not after Head Shaman Yamagami chained me as he stripped me from my Grandfather, no... " Shiro tells a bit about his past, remembering his grandfather he remembered a bit.

" I see, that Westerios Grandfather of yours, the one who inherits the talent of Magic... "

" Well, no matter, let's wrap things up then. " Azi Dahaka says.

" Would you like to hear it? " Azi Dahaka asks Shiro, requesting his approval if he wants to get out of here and return to his body.

" What is it? " Shiro asks.

Bishoku is the previous ruling Chimera Master before Yakujin in Sakurakoku (the Nation of Cherry Blossoms). Unlike Yakujin, she didn't rule the Nation out of fear. For her Healing powers, the Nation prospers with her power, making all beings, human and non-human love her to death.

But, all things changed when Yakujin came into this world.
