Ryu chokes Tachibana with a water chain around his neck, "My brother and sister are unconscious and you only showed up to check on your work with Karma? I doubt it."

Ken coughs breathing again falling to his knees.

"My siblings aren't like me. You're Mayor of this crappy city what the hell are you doing just allowing all this to happen?

"Next time they'll be coming for us at our door step and we're still waiting for you to beef up security.

"Your police are corrupt and I almost lost both my siblings today, if you won't do something about this don't be surprised when we take matters into our own hands. I don't live with my siblings because with me around they are in danger.

"You could've been here way before all this drama started." Ryu walks past Tachibana who stands up and stops Mitsuko from ringing Ryu's neck.
