Ryu groans dragging herself to the door unlocking it, glaring her soul out at Karma with a cheesy grin on his face. He's here to complete the remodelling and redesign check before moving out of the way for the painters to step in and he will leave the underground floor to the assigned person.

"Morning babe, you look like sunshine in the morning. You promised me a 6 o' clock date."

Ryu shuts the door in his face locking the door and leaving the key in so that he can't get in. Karma freezes the handle and kicks the door open. He'll have to notify Tachibana he can easily get in with his ability.

This is not like the old days where locks and dogs can keep a thief out. There are tons of unique abilities out there and the security he is installing does not account for that.

Ryu attacks with a water whip.

Karma smirks freezing it with just eye contact.
