Also, terrorists to be not killed because they can't avoid the scythe which is the Outcast Maneuver because when the cable is attached to the building it will make them move fast than their senses can follow. Terrorist has a good advantage in that they have the satellite in outer space to use, They can use it when they want to scout some areas that the enemy like to ambush them, They can only use it twice for each member of the team.
