Chapter 3 The Way Of The World

As The mayor of the town led the 4th prince to the town, his royal highness glanced at the surroundings with a dissatisfied face, the prince then ask

"Is your town always this pathetic?"

The mayor had nothing to say other than smile and said

"Forgive me for your dissatisfaction your Highness"

The prince then replied with an annoying face

"Whatever, it's not what I'm here for in the first place"

The world called Mayhem is a place that has both sword skill and magic, but just like any other time, if magic exists swordsman will not be able to maintain it's status and fall to the ground, in this world, swordmaster can't ever be called "The strongest" because mage can always kill them with one blow of spell, but there's a catch, mages cannot tell or feel their mana, even when they're about to deplete their own mana pool, that's the reason why it's dangerous for mages, even if they're in the top of the world, if they suddenly collapsed from mana exhaustion, they're nothing but a walking target, or should I say, standing target, the swordsman on the other hand are way worse, as the world doesn't receive super strength from the system yet, it's just people who fight with sword because they don't have the body that can contain mana at all, so most people who possessed the body that can contain mana aka "Blessed body" usually learn the way of the sword for their body to perfectly utilize their skill and maintain their mana, not to deplete easily, those people are called "Battle mage" while the people who walk the true way of the mage without the skill of swordsman are called "Magician", and for the people who only have their body and sword are simplely called "Swordsman", even though battle mage and magician are high in status compare to strength swordsman doesn't fall behind either, that's the reason why Sword Sky Academy is build, their reason is to find the promising candidate and grow them with the best of their abilities, but not all of the people can just join the Academy, they have to give a big amount of entry fee and test by so many hardship with the duration of 6 months just to get the certificate to enter the academy, even Void's has no choice but to only dream of enter such prestigious Academy, that's the short summery of blessing and the Academy story.
