Chapter 6

The uniforms dug up Sachiko's body. Josefine wasn't surprised when Andries delivered the news. Emil was visiting her office apartment when he came by so she filled him in briefly.

"It's obvious what happened then," Emil said, looking between the two of them.

"How so?" Andries asked.

"This fellow, Norris was it?" He nodded. "Norris wanted Sachiko but she just kept picking a different guy until he finally just lost his patience." Andries blinked at Emil.

"How is that obvious?" Emil smiled at the question.

"Have you ever been in love with someone?" He asked, "So in love that it drives you mad?" Josefine didn't miss Andries's discreet glance her way before he fixed his cognac eyes on Emil again.

"You make a fair point."
