Carnage had always known and wished for... well, carnage, at his birth he had fused with a Serial Killer, and it being just a newborn its mind was influenceable and just wished for the approval of what he recognized as its mother, in this case, Cletus Kasady.

It had tortured, killed, and even eaten out of the will of Cletus, all to receive the approval of its host.

It had been hurt for it, hated, badmouthed, and any possible thing, but he always only wished for one thing and didn't care about anything else.

Today had started as another normal day, trying to help its host in any possible way, this time helping him fight against two well-known enemies.

Its father, and its Acenstor, Agent Venom, and Spiderman.

The fight had started going on Carnage's side when they had started using civilians as ammunition but something suddenly made it stop.

Kasady, he died, or at the very least he was dying, its regeneration was keeping up with the constant force trying to make both Kasady Heart and Brain explode, but by doing this it had forced itself into a defending position against the two enemies.

After trying to understand what was happening it finally saw it, its whole being now focused on the being, its own soul telling him to kill it, not because Kasady wished so, but because someone much more important wished for its absorption.

Losing care for Kasady's safety it lunged using tentacles towards the being, only for its body to cut in dozens of pieces before it could even move halfway.

Before it could start regenerating the pieces stopped moving midair and with a cellular level of precision, Kasady was being torn from Carnage.

Carnage's mind was in a frenzy, not only he had become unable to kill the being, but its mother had also died, because of itself.

'Yep, the swords are one of my best creations.' I said while going down from the roof I had been staying while killing Carnage.

Or should I see kidnapping Carnage and killing its host?

From what I could see this being work like parasites, inhibiting the body of the host and directly changing its genetic structure, but from what I could see they have no power over the mind of their host, they necessarily have to be stronger than their host or their powers can be controlled, like Agent Venom or Carnage were doing.

I could see Spiderman and Agent Venom rushing towards me, angry I killed a villain. Who knows, I don't care anyway.

I was about to activate my flying when the ball I had made with Carnage's body, started wrinkling with strength way beyond what I expected from goo, letting it touch me for less than a millisecond, but that was enough.

Right in front of me, in the middle of this world of darkness, stands a pale man with white hair, and red eyes, wearing black armor.

Everything screamed, and all of my senses, skills, and perks, shouted at me to run, but I knew I had no chance of running, and I also knew that if he could kill me, he would have already done so.

" I think the King in Black is more than enough for a mortal." It says.

" That doesn't explain why I am here."

" I was curious, I wanted to test if I could let you become mine, but it seems like even though you are weak, you are not that weak."

" By using Carnage."

"Yes, one of my sons, one of the best if I can say so, but you stopped him, so I wanted to get something in exchange... I think your brain might be more than enough."

I felt it, the darkness all around me trying to take over my body, but the fucker was trying to use something against me, he was trying to use darkness, he was trying to use the Void.

When he noticed nothing happening its face distorted into a sick smile.

The darkness began moving even more, while I was trying to find a way out.

" YOU DARE TRY TO USE THE DARKNESS AGAINST ME? I AM DARKNESS, I CONTROL THE DARKNESS."

" Very interesting, but I control the Void," I said while activating the skill, hoping for an effect.
