Kaelos was the first person that could completely block his Blinking Sword Skill when he went all out.

Although Blinking Sword Skill was powerful, in the end, it was only an upper Astral grade martial skill. It was more than enough to deal with ordinary martial artists, but when dealing with someone like Kaelos Valtor whose strength surpassed his own, and also for martial artists that weren't weak in combat, it wasn't quite enough since it lacked the ability to give an overwhelming advantage. It was most useful when both sides' strengths weren't too far apart.
