Seth was informed a few days ago that the previous owner of the Hotel had died and due to some personal reasons his only son was selling the Hotel to some foreigners at a very low price. In actuality he was planning to arrange some surprise for his wife but he got another news.

He felt bad for that young fella as his father was really a good man whom he knew for a few years, so he decided to buy for himself and make him handle the stuffs related to the hotel and other business he had purchased from him. He was just 22 or 23 and he had to handle all those things alone and that was just because of his money hungry relatives.
