The End?

'I wonder where I went wrong...' was the thought of a boy laying on the ground amongst rubble with a cane sticking out of his chest. The boy was in the embrace of a middle-aged man and woman whom seem to have died some time ago.

''Mom...Dad...I-I'm sorry I...couldn't be b-better for you guys...'' said the boy as he slowly closed his eyes to wait for the sweet release of death.

A few hours passed like this with the only sound being the loud breathing of the boy which got less and less frequent until it finally stopped.

'Finally...I was wondering when my body would finally croak...I'm finally dead...' thought the boy as he slowly opened his eyes to reveal his brown eyes and ran his hand through his long black messy hair. '' So this is the afterlife...'' said the boy as he looked around only to see nothing but a void. ''I wonder how Mom and Dad are doing...I hope they ended up in heaven...'' said the boy as he smiled sadly with a few tears streaming down his face.

''Interesting...I guess you're just full of surprises today. Most of your variants would've broken down crying.'' said a gentle voice that seemed distant but also close at the same time.

''Are you God...?'' asked the boy as he wiped his tears.

''Wow, you really are a special one now aren't you. Most people freak out when I make my presence known.'' said the voice as a white orb of light appeared in front of the boy. ''And no I am not God...well not THE God but I am A god.''

''I see...'' said the boy, making the voice chuckle a bit. ''So...is this where you judge people or something and decide whether they reincarnate or not?''

''No, we don't really reincarnate people. We normally just judge them and send them to heaven or erase them.'' said the god calmly, making the boy frown slightly. ''Well we don't reincarnate people normally...but you're a special case.'' said the god which made the boy tilt his head in confusion. The god continued '' You see...you weren't supposed to die today. In fact you weren't even supposed to go outside today but for some reason you did, much to the surprise of many of my fellow gods since none of your variants did this. This makes you a Singularity of sorts, making it impossible for us to send you to heaven or erase you because we don't know what might happen if we did. We've had Singularities like you pop up 3 times in the past and the way we dealt with them was to reincarnate them into a fictional world of their choice.''

''So...you don't give out wishes...?'' asked the boy.

''You're processing this a lot better than I expected... Anyway, let me continue.'' said the god as he resumed his explanation. ''The first Singularity did some interesting things in the world we sent him to. So the gods decided that we should give out 5 wishes to any other Singularity that pops up because we were bored.''

''Huh...that's neat...I guess.'' said the boy. ''Alright first of all, I want to reincarnate into the world of My Hero Academia. For my first wish I want the abilities of the Sun God Nika devil fruit from One Piece. Convert it into whatever they called superpowers in that world.''

''Alright that can be done but do y-'' said the god before he was interrupted.

''For my second wish I want all 3 types of Haki. You can shove that into the same superpo- Wait no Quirk! I think that's what they called it there. Yeah shove the 3 types of Haki into the same Quirk!''

''Yes they are called Quirks but let me ta-''

''For my third wish I want my body to have almost no limits. I don't want to die just because I overused Gear 2nd.''

''Wait ple-''

''For my fourth wish I want you to make it so my Quirk or whatever it's called can't be cancelled or stolen. I don't remember much about My Hero Academia but I do know that there's a guy that can steal Quirks and another guy that can cancel Quirks. I want none of that so just make it so they have no effect on my Quirk.''

''How much do you even know about this worl-''

''For my final wish just make it so that I end up with some rich and powerful people as parents. But also make sure they're actually good people and not some villain.''

''HOW DID YOU COME UP ALL OF THIS SO QUICK?!?! DID YOU HAVE THIS PREPARED OR SOMETHING??? WERE YOU EXPECTING THIS?!?!?'' yelled the god, sounding like he was about to cry.

''I mean...Everyone dreams of reincarnating into an anime world and making a harem.'' was all that the boy responded with.

''I see...excuse my small outburst. Anyways, I'll fulfill all your wishes but do you have any knowledge about what will happen in this world?'' asked the god.

''Well...I watched first and second season of the anime but I don't really remember much about how the story went. I only picked it because I remember it being peaceful.'' responded the boy with some hope of living peacefully while being completely oblivious to the hellhole that he dug himself into.

''Alright that's good enough. At least you didn't lie like the previous Singularity.'' said the god as the void started to crumble slowly. ''I've started your reincarnation. You'll start as a 3 year old so you don't have to worry about that gruesome baby period. The world will be somewhat different from the one your world knows but I doubt that'll effect you much. We won't meet again so this is goodbye, I wish you all the best in your new life and I hope that you'll entertain us gods well.''

''Thanks...I guess?'' said the boy as the void complete crumbled and a bright light blinded the boy.
