Chapter 3: What A Strange Mortal
"Looks like he's finally here…", Brunhilde muttered as she watched the two figures walking towards her.

(Brunhilde's POV)

Just as I saw Adam appear in my sight, I also saw a tall monkey follow right behind him.
He gives me a sense of unease for some reason and yet I feel no power emitting from him.
Hmm… I must be overthinking it. Though he does look like he's a descendant from that humanoid monster race.
I thought that Zeus exterminated them all because of their queens rejection. I'll just ask about it after.
"Hello there Miss Brunhilde. What brings you to my humble abode", Adam asked as he arrived under the Gazebo.
"I'm merely here to discuss the fight you will be participating in", I answer him while shifting my gaze towards the monkey figure who just sat down on the chair and eating his banana's without any form of greeting.
"Ah, this is Sun Wukong and he's a companion of mine", Adam told me when he noticed my gaze upon the monkey named Sun Wukong.
"Is that so. Does that mean your alright with him listening in to our conversation", I question before looking back towards Adam.
"Personally. I don't give a fuck what you mortals talk about. I'm only here to follow you mortals back to this tournament of yours", the monkey interrupted while he was still eating his bananas and placing his legs on the table.
How dare this stupid monkey treat me in this manner. I should just cut off his body parts and send it to that incest Zeus as a gift.
"Is that so. First off, I'm not a mortal, I'm a Valkyrie. And secondly, I see no reason for you to be here if your not going to participate in this conversation", I said with my eyes close since I'm trying to hold my anger back.
"What do you mean your a Valkyrie?, with your puny strength, you should be lucky I even consider you anything. And I was invited here by Adam, and because he invited me, it would be rude of the benevolent me to reject him", he answers back.
I SWEAR IM GOING TO KILL THIS FUCKING MONKEY RIGHT NOW!!!.
"That's enough you guys. You do not need to worry about my companion here Miss Brunhilde. So why don't we start the discussion okay?", Adam suddenly talks while sitting on the chair next to the stupid monkey as he eats the same fruit he always eats.
"Sure. Let's not delay this any further", I calmly said while glaring at the fucking monkey one last time before shifting my gaze back to Adam.

(Sun Wukong's POV)

What a weird mortal. First she's calm, then angry, then blood thirsty and then calm again. Is this what all women who call themselves Valkyrie's are like?
"Back on topic. I have come here to notify you Adam that your fight against one of the gods will be tomorrow when the sun is at its highest", the weird mortal said.
"Hmm… do you happen to know who I'm up against?", Adam asks while nonchalantly eating his apple.
"Unfortunately that is confidential until the fight begins. The same thing applies to the gods", Brunhilde answers.
I remember seeing the mortal named Adam fight against that ugly old man and ended up losing. It was something about his eyes.
I have to admit myself that his eyes are probably the only thing I consider interesting in this weak mortal world.
"That is fine. Is their anything else?", Adam questions.
"No, that was about it. I just have a question for the monkey", she said while looking at me.
"Oh, what would you like to know about the handsome me", I reply while giving her a smug look and taking another bite of the banana as I can sense anger leaking out of her yet again.
This women is too easy.
"I was just wondering how you remain alive even when your species were said to have been exterminated", she said to me with a questioning look.
"What do you mean?, you think a weak mortal can kill me!, Hahaha!, that's the funniest joke I've ever heard in centuries.", I laughed out loud while trying to hold my stomach in.
"You know what, Forget it. I hope you have a good day Adam as I'll see you tomorrow at the tournament", she says with a hint of grumpiness before vanishing into thin air.
"Heh, well that's rude of her", I mutter before looking at Adam who got out of his seat and walks out of the gazebo.
"It seems that the boys have arrived. Let's go meet them Sun", he said to me while walking away.
"Sure", I reply. I might as well just go along with him to the tournament tomorrow.
There's no need for me to rush and put those puny mortals that call themselves gods in their place.

(3rd Person POV)

On the roof of a big mansion, two figures can be seen having a conversation.
One was a humanoid monkey while the other was a man with supreme beauty. These two were obviously Sun Wukong and Adam.

(Adam's POV)

Sigh, tomorrow is the big day. I either win and take a step closer to my descendants survival, or lose and be erased from existence while my descendants take a step closer to their extinction.
"Hey Sun", I say out loud with my eyes closed while lying down on the roof.
"Yo!", Sun replied as I hear him eating his fruit.
"What do you plan on doing?", I ask him.
"What do you mean", he replies.
"I can tell that your not from around here. Wait, let me rephrase that. I can tell that your not from this universe", I tell him as I sit up and open up my eyes to look at him.
"Hm, how did you know?", he questions before taking another bite of the peach he had in his hands.
"It's thanks to the eyes given to me by God. Though I don't know the full extent of its powers because I'm a human, I can at least tell if a being is apart of this universe through their soul", I answer him as I took an apple from the basket full of fruits.
"Huh, so what does my soul look like", he asks me before grabbing another fruit.
"I don't know. And it's weird because the only time this has happened to me was when I tried to look at God's soul when he used to visit me…", I tell him while taking a bite of the apple before continuing on.
"… and I asked him why I can't see his soul out of curiosity. I thought it would be because he was too powerful or he just didn't have a soul in the first place. But to my surprise, he said he actually has one and the reason why I can't see it, is because my eyes only allow me to see a beings soul if they're from this universe. In other words, it means that I can't see ones soul if their not from this universe", I state as I saw him give me an expression of surprise.
"Well thats an interesting pair of eyes you have…", Sun says.
"…and your right. I'm not apart of this universe. But you don't have to worry about me wiping out your race or something like that. I find no joy in bullying something that's even weaker than ants", he explains to me while flashing a smile.
"I guess so. Well since you have no ill intent towards humanity, that eases my mind a lot. After all, I can also tell that your strength is on the same level as God, meaning your probably the strongest in our universe", I say before lying back down on the roof and closing my eyes again.
"Well of course I am. None of those weak mortals who claim themselves to be gods deserve to even compare themselves to me, hahaha!", I hear him laugh out loud which causes me to put a smile on my face.

In a large room that is occupied by a beautiful garden, two figures can be seen laying together in a field of flowers while embracing each other.
One of the figures was a male with supreme beauty while the other figure was a female with beauty superior to even top tier goddesses.
These two figures are Adam and Eve and they just happened to finish their 'Love' session together.

(Adam's POV)

"Eve… if I happen to lose this fight, I want you and the boys to go to the south and stay with a great friend of mine-", I say before I suddenly feel Eve's whole body on me as she gives me a sad expression.
"No!!, you are not leaving me and the boys alone Adam!!, you promised me that we'll always be together, even if all the gods turned on us!, you promised me!, so don't you dare lose and kick whoever's gods ass that comes and fight you!, promise me you'll come back us!!, to me!", she yells while tears were falling from her eyes and onto my face.
"Of course I will. I'm sorry for saying such a thing in the first place", I reply while tightening her in my embrace and caressing her golden hair.
Sigh, Please God. I know that I sinned by disobeying your word and I know that I don't deserve to even ask anything from you, But please.
Please let me win this fight so I can help my descendants survive extinction.
Please let me win this fight so I can see my sons again.
And please let me win this fight so I can embrace my wife again tonight and for the rest of my life.
For this is my last wish I ask of you.
